In general terms, what would you consider to be the normal responsibilities and/or experience for a Cybersecurity Engineer role?
Coding? Sysadmin? Rack and stack? Solution design? Architecture? DevOps? Documentation? Reporting? Data analytics? Threat hunting? IR? Meetings/follow up with stakeholders? Process engineering? User support? GRC?

I'm a 25+ year veteran from the trenches and get told frequently that my expectations for engineers are too high. While I do not expect anyone to be an expert in everything, I do expect them to have a little more than passing familiarity with the topics I mention above. I expect if they don't know a subject area they will take the time to learn more when assigned work in those subject areas.
I'm now being told by a new-ish engineer that I'm out of line and cybersecurity roles are more narrowly defined these days. I can appreciate that some roles may have specialized and become a bit more focused (hello SIEM analysts and threat hunters), but is that the case at small/medium orgs? Tell me, cybersecurity experts, are my expectations out of line for the modern cybersecurity engineer role?

I am using 4 hour chart for my support and resistance levels and other confluences and using 1 hour chart for my entry candles. How do you backtest with this kind of strategy? My support and resistance lines on 4 hour chart do not appear in my 1 hour chart. Should I focus on one timeframe for my structure levels and entry candles?

The title may seem a little weird but my employment advisor is getting too involved in my personal life outside of restart.
I'm currently on probation and my advisor said to me today "i want to know what's discussed in your probation appointments so I can be in tuned". I find it quite weird and I was also saying I might not be able to make an appointment due to a hospital operation, she was like you can tell me what it is but I said it's too embarrassing.
They also keep putting me these Wellbeing sessions which I've told them I don't find helpful like at all but keep pushing them onto me. Then also making me do a 1 day certificate with them for business administration when I already have a lv2 certificate which i completed online funded by a college, I just find it all weird.
Any thoughts on this?

Trying to arrive at the right system size for our 3 season (spring/summefall) property in Ontario. Determining the summer temp is easy, but what should be done for the shoulder seasons - spring/fall?
Don't want to oversize for heat by using the winter temp, as we shut down the cottage from Nov. 1st though March 31st.
Property is poorly insulated and drafty, and it still gets cold in April and October.

Guys, I really need a second opinion here. Very nervous, I know what bed bugs look like and was spooked enough to take a photo. There was another thing crushed up next to it that looked like smudged blood or something, but I was too panicked to take more pictures and had somewhere to be.

Anyone ever get one of those metal barns/garages installed or know of a reputable company. I’ve seen prices all over the place. Trying to understand if people have enjoyed their experience with it? Wish it was wood/siding? Any downfalls? Extra expenses you didn’t anticipate?
Need garage / workshop space. And for 10-20k (depending on size, no foundation) didn’t seem too bad for the amount of real estate you get.

I wanted to ask a question about that notebook where we see Mita interacting with another player. Is this player a real person or already transformed into a cartridge? The protagonist himself asks if he himself has transformed into the kind Mita, and she finds the question pertinent, verifying and confirming that he is really alive. Furthermore, there is another player lost in the corridors for over a year, that blonde one. If Mita soon begins the process of turning the player into a cartridge, how will he still be alive? After all, she always removes the cartridge after passing on the information, which means that the real player ceases to exist. My question is: the players we see are already trapped in the game world in cartridge form, right? If so, then the peaceful ending could actually be achieved by the player, and was never intended or cursed to become a cartridge, and those who have already been transformed are used as puppets to help convince the real player to stay. .

Through AOS, got my I485 approved and my I130 approved as well. that’s what the approval notice says on I130, Im kind of confused on what to do next? should I send them back a copy of that along with my I485 that got approved? or send the whole form in order to get my physical green card? or should I just not do anything and wait on my green card in the mail after that notice? we live in the u.s
