Came back after blasting poe2 and the very first thing I noticed coming back to d4 is how goddamn ANNOYING picking up loot is on console.
You can’t pick up what you want, you have to pick up random crap first and pray the game auto targets the thing you actually want.
Please come on already what are we even doing here? This problem is solved in every other arpg. Just make right stick target items on the ground so I can pick up what I want. This is BEYOND frustrating.

I was at work moving sheet metal walls and I find a brown anole laying under it. I pick it up and see a bit of blood on its leg with its leg all injured and a bit mangled. I put it on my shoulder and get back to work. He sleeps the whole time and ends up turning bright green. I take him home with me and do what I can to care for him. I bring him with me places sometimes and he just sleep. He always enjoyed crawling up my hand and sleeping on my finger. He rested a lot and I was happy for him. This went on for about 4-5 days.
One night I’m laying in bed and he’s in my hat next to me. I’m on my phone in the middle of the night and randomly get a feeling of hatred towards him. Like I was a different person or the old angry teen me. I was having random thoughts belittling him and throwing him out. While at the same time combating those thoughts with ones like he’s just a little guy, he just feels safe with me, etc… end up still taking care of him the best I can. The next morning I have him in my car as I’m about to be gone for a few days due to the freeze. I have him on my dashboard he’s sleeping and I open my door to close the gate and come back and he’s gone. Never found him. The next day it snowed so it was bad down here.
The lizard situation has meaning to me, as it I saw it as my exact situation in life but from a different perspective. I’m not upset about the lizard running away. I don’t hate the little guy either. I just find it interesting how my random thought flare up aligned with the lizard escaping. As if it was meant to happen but needed that energy for it? I’m not very sure. Could anyone be able to go more in depth?

This was probably about 2 years ago now, but I still think about it sometimes. My sister lives in Iowa and I live in Illinois, close to her best friend and we take trips to go visit her sometimes. I’ve gotten her bestfriend and my other sister into exploring abandoned places because it’s been a hobby of mine for a long time when the weather is nice, so when we come across them on the way there or back we try to stop if they don’t seem too sketchy. One time, it was just her best friend and I and we were taking one of the longer routes on the gps back home because we both prefer the scenic route and we came across a super cool abandoned, smaller motel in like the middle of nowhere. It seemed like it was kinda from the 90s, oldschool phones and microwaves left over and most of the furniture but it was pretty run down, we ended up going inside one of the rooms that had the door left open. It was just a normal motel room with the bedroom, tiny “kitchen” area, and behind that was a bathroom. She didn’t want to go further than the bedroom because she already felt a weird vibe but I was like ah fuck it and went all the way towards the back, and when I did, clear as day I heard laughing, like younger girls laughing as if I was being made fun of. I thought I was psyching myself out but as soon as I heard it we both looked at eachother like what the fuck and immediately just ran out to the car. When we were running we both heard it again but we dipped out of there so fast. Ever since then, we have taken literally so many different routes trying to find that place again but never could find it. I still wish I marked the location or something but we both just got out of there without even thinking about it. Definitely the creepiest thing I’ve ever experienced, and I don’t understand how we haven’t seen it again in all of the trips we’ve made there and back.
