If I travel away from earth at almost the speed of light for a year and return at almost the speed of light for a year I would've aged 2 years whilst everyone on earth would be hundreds on years into the future.
Time slows as speed increases, as I understand. It's been proven with astronauts and clocks.
But the earthlings have equally travelled away from me at the speed of light and back again using me as the point of reference staying still, so I have aged massively whilst they have only aged the 2 years.
Who is older? If it's relative who is moving

Got my septum done in November with a TSR (which stayed flipped up because I hated how it looked) and recently switched out jewelry - although I intend to go smaller once I can. I think I'm just having a little bit of a shock actually seeing it on my face, but just wanted to see if it truly looks okay on me.
I've wanted this for years, and as a mid-30s toddler mom I'm trying to feel good in my body again. Getting this piercing was a great experience, but it's gotten a lukewarm reception from friends/family. I don't live to please others, but if everyone here says "damn girl, that's not a good look for you," I'll at least appreciate the honesty 😅

I have been trying desperately to manage my fear of flying for 2 decades now. And I really like the idea of giving myself things to look forward to on the flights (as another distraction technique). My husband inspired me to do this, he always gets so excited for the cheese and crackers box that he orders mid flight that he almost can't wait to fly. He says it makes him feel like a fancy gentleman 🎩. So I started to adopt this for myself. I'll make it a point pre-flight to find a really fancy treat that I cannot eat until mid flight. It gives me something to look forward to and it's almost a reward for facing my fear.
I post on here a lot about my distractions but I really like this because it's not only a distraction but a way to reframe our mindset to approaching the flight. What if we look at it like an indulgence? We get to kick back, be waited on, enjoy movies and treats for hours without interruption. It's a really nice thought if we can quiet the fear down enough to allow it to come in.
Anywho, thought I'd share with all you lovely people.

Hola cabros.
Contexto rápido: La U quiere sacarme un palo por mi carrera anterior la cual renuncié apenas entré (50% del arancel).
El año pasado estuve con un pie adentro del servicio militar, me lo saqué matriculandome milagrosamente en la U antes de ir al regimiento (viernes). Hice mis papeles de renuncia al pie de la letra y weas (lunes).
Yo creí estar ya totalmente libre, no firme pagaré ni weas (entre y me fui) pero ahora para matricularme en serio me dicen que no puedo porque tengo una deuda de un palo de mi carrera anterior.
De verdad no lo entiendo, pisé la U 2 veces para los procesos anteriores y NUNCA ME AVISARON DE ESTO.
se supone que me eximo solo del 50% del arancel semestral por renunciar, y no pienso pagar casi un palo por esto.
A la final pude matricularme (entré a medicina cabros), pero piden un PRONUNCIAMIENTO JURÍDICO, para saber si es CORRECTO eximirme el 50 o 100% del ARANCEL. O sea llevar está wea a juicio.
Entré a medi sin gratuidad, si de por si la wea duele en el bolsillo, ni cagando pagaré una wea por la que ni fuí.
Mañana iré a conversar esto a la U.

My dog coco (Maltipoo, 4yo) is very submissive. She barks a lot, is hyper reactive, and pees when she is nervous / excited. Some examples include when someone comes over, she crawls and roles onto her back, continuing to pee. It’s the same idea, if i bring her somewhere, she barks at everything and pees when approached. I did all the training when she was a puppy, and was told she’d grow out of it. Starting to think she had anxiety. It’s very stressful - anything helps!
