so i was rewatching The Golden Girls again for the nth time (I always miss it!!) and in this episode, A Piece of Cake, i noticed a cute detail while Rose was celebrating her last birthday in St. Olaf. There was a cute mug that says "Ulf Da!" or "Uff Da!" and i just thought it was such a cute way to show Rose's fondness to her Scandinavian roots. it's the little details in these shows that makes me rewatch them over and over. really, hands down to the production team that makes these sets, they don't really feel like they're a studio set at all!

I personally am staying at a friends house on a fairly regular basis (2-5 days a week) to save on commuting to and from school. I’ve been sleeping at their place for roughly 5 months now, and today after an apartment staff member had to enter to unlock a door, my friends received this email (below explaination ). I’m fairly certain this violates my friends rights as a tenant but because it is not my housing on the line I need certainty to elevate this and potentially file a reasonable enjoyment form.

Our team has noticed a guest who has been staying in your suite for over one month, and we wanted to remind you about our guest policy.

I’m getting anxiety just thinking about it. Using a throwaway because I am so embarrassed about this honestly, I haven’t even told my family. This is my first apartment and first time moving out. I also tried searching google and Reddit but did not really find any answers to the concerns I have.
I’m suspecting they’re coming from the downstairs neighbor (started seeing them slowly after they moved in, now it’s worse).
I’m going to tell the leasing office immediately and I’m aware that once you see a few, you’re pretty much cooked, but I have some anxiety in regards to letting people know and asking for help so I have a few questions.
When they call an exterminator, will they exterminate all apartments in my building? I’m really scared of being an inconvenience to others. I’m also scared of neighbors assuming the problem is coming from us.
Do we have to evacuate for a day(s) and be somewhere else while/after extermination?
We have a cat, will the treatment from a professional exterminator harm her in any way?
Thank you in advanced for any input. This is my first time dealing with this and as someone whose mom is a cleaning lady, I am so so so embarrassed to ask for help.
