URL decode?

I've been sent a spreadsheet of a list of hacking attempts and it would be very helpful if I could decode the URLs from the data that they sent me, e.g. %20 = space. Google-fu has failed me. Is there a formula/function to do this?

 | My left ear is the one with the helix, I also have a right nostril piercing but nothing else. Had absolutely zero issues with my lobes but my helix was finicky for around 6 months and my nostril for 3. I think conch hoops are gorgeous (ik it could take a year to switch to a hoop) but I worry my ears are too naked for one. If I put it on the left then my ears would be too asymmetrical but if I put it on the right then I think my ear would be too bottom heavy. Don’t think I have the willpower to get multiple piercings especially in both ears. Thoughts? This has been a burning question I've had for a long time: excluding outsourcing, why hire contractors?
Every benefit I've ever seen of contractors doesn't make sense.
- Don't have to pay benefits. Well, no, you're paying their benefits, it's just built-in to price. People need health insurance, retirements, etc. That need doesn't go away with a 1099. So, any contractor with a brain would simply add the cost of their benefits onto the price you ultimately pay. Suppose a contractor pays $15/hour for their health insurance. That's simply going to be added to the hourly rate they charge.
- Can fire them easily. Every state except Montana is a right-to-work state. You can fire anyone for no reason. Just do that.
- Needing specialized skills for the project duration only. Okay, but what about after the project ends? Someone will have to maintain the project? The contractor has an incentive to simply complete the project quickly, why on Earth would they build it in a way that is maintainable? That's outside the SOW. I've never seen a project that once complete is never touched again.
- Don't have to pay taxes. Okay, so payroll tax is saved, but once again that expense doesn't vanish. They're going to add that (or add more if they pay different taxes) to the final cost of services rendered.
- Not enough work to justify 40 hours/week. This is the only one that makes sense, but there's still plenty of people with specialized skill-sets that are seeking part-time employment.

2025.01.22 00:55 LittlePiggy4331 I can’t get rid of the guilt
My husband and I have been together for 4 years now.
Our first year was very tumultuous. I would say I was emotionally abusive. I yelled and got angry a lot. Sometimes I would say really hurtful things. I chased during arguments because if it ever went sour, he would just hang up on me. That would give me a lot of anxiety and send me into a spiral. I realize now, I suffer from abandonment issues and really bad control issues. I would call a million times in a row, send messages. Not respect his space. He’d block me, dump me, then miss me and take me back. I had a narcissistic mom who abused me (I’ve been no contact for a while now), and I realized I had been mirroring a lot of her behaviors.
We went to couple’s therapy which helped, but I still had A LOT of work to do. We got married after two years but even then, I feel like I pushed him into get married before he was ready and I even scheduled our proposal. We fought during the proposal, and I know that wasn’t a happy memory for him.
I am working on myself and trying to be a better partner for him. I tell him my insecurities about feeling like I pushed him into marriage and while he admits we married sooner than he wanted, he said while he did feel pushed to do it sooner, he knew he wanted to marry me anyways and he didn’t feel forced. He tells me now that I am a completely different person two years later. He says he feels safe around me and happier than he ever has. He says he has never felt more loved. He trusts he can tell me anything, and that we can talk about it kindly and calmly. Most importantly, his family says they can tell he is a lot happier and healthier than he’s ever been.
My problem is I feel guilty for my past mistakes. I hate that I ever treated him that way. I didn’t know what I was doing was abuse, but now that I do, I wish I could go back in time and hit myself. I hate myself for causing him so much hurt and pain.
He suggested we go to couple’s therapy again to work out any guilt or kinks from the past, so that we can heal and focus on the future… He says he wants to do it so that we can both be even happier than we are now. My worry is the therapist will hear all the horrible things I did, and suggest we separate. I’m worried all the work I did now isn’t enough. Even though separating is the last thing either of us want, as we are happy and really in love now.
I’m not sure what to do. Please help…

Luna snow: “hell yeah what’s your order”
Me (Jeff): I don’t get that much normally but I was feeling hungry so I got 3 beef burrito supremes and 2 steak quesadillas with a Baja blast & 3 hard tacos. Bouta grub after this game”
and this is when the whole lobby turned on me
Luna snow: “ I knew you sounded fat”
Thor: oinking noises “hey fat piggy piggy how about you get off the game and kll yourself you Fcking loser”
Mantis: “dayum you big asf” starts laughing his *ss off at me
Luna snow: “uninstall kid. We don’t want you weighing us down” all laugh
After this interaction I was literally left speechless and left them to lose. What’s worse is I couldn’t even enjoy my meal after that. I thought the players in this game were more refined and respectful since there’s an older demographic but I guess not. Save the toxicity for valorant smh.
BTW I only weigh 242lbs so I’m not even really fat at all. Maybe I’m over reacting but my therapist said it’s better to get things like this off my chest.
