I’m not sure if this is a Kodi issue or a skin issue but I’m currently using Nimbus. While I’m watching silo (an already dark as shit show) I started noticing the picture being really dark but when I would hit the back button all the way to the Home Screen I noticed that the widget tiles were also dim, then I would head back to go into the side menu to the left and then go back right to the widget tiles. The entire screen would brighten again, at this point everything including the video would be brighter.
Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, used to mod skyrim years ago but don’t have as much time to build my own modlist so I’ve been looking to test my 4090 with a downloadable mod list from wabbajack! Heard good things about Lorerim but saw the perk tree was pretty small… I’m a huge fan of overhauling the tree and saw how crazy Vokriinator Black is! If anyone has recommendations for a good modlist with it or anything similar?? Would love to hear any recommendations, very new to mod lists!!

I don’t think Elon was trying to ‘sneak in’ a Nazi salute. He’s not socially intelligent enough to do it as a troll (although I could see him falsely claim that in hindsight). I actually think he was trying to do a ‘my heart goes out you’ thing and because he was trying to direct it ‘up and out’ to the crowd it looked like a Nazi salute.
There’s so many definitive things we should be outraged about, I think this is a misguided distraction that’s gone viral and nothing more.

I’ve had a pair of 1st gen AirPods Pro for a while now… was looking for better ANC, better sound quality, and EQ options.
Got a good deal on the 3ANCs on Amazon for $150 (now even better, flash deal rn for only $120) after looking at them for a while. I had read a ton of reviews and watched a bunch of videos and was really excited for them to come in.
First thing I noticed was that they were SUPER uncomfortable. And I’m not talking about the size of them, I already knew they were a little chunky. I tried all of the different wings and cups… nothing felt right. And my ears still feel so weird even like two hours after taking them out.
I tried listening to some music with them, was immediately hit with mushy lows and super tinny treble…. almost like I was listening to a $10 bluetooth speaker. Tried all of the EQ presets. Hated all of them. Tried to make a custom EQ, I usually like a U-shaped EQ, I definitely like both bass and treble.
Even after all that, they still just sounded so… bleh. No clarity at all. Put my AirPods Pro back in, was so much better.
Needless to say, I sent the 3ANCs straight back, literally 2 hours after opening them. I was so surprised because this seems so different than all of the reviews I’ve read.
Anyone have similar experiences? Any recommendations for new headphones? Might just stick it out for the AirPods Pro 3….

I’m only 22. I didn’t think this would be my life now but unfortunately health issues have changed my life drastically. As of December 2024 I can no longer work physically demanding jobs. My doctor has advised I don’t lift more than 20 pounds. I also cannot work jobs standing long hours without mobility. Currently I’m in college for IT but nothing will really come out of it until I graduate. I loved working, maybe too much to the point I burnt myself out over it. Only trying to be better than my family. Make it out of poverty. Be the one to break free. I applied for disability last month. Unemployment keeps denying my claim. I need some type of motivation to keep going. There has to be some type of income I can make. Sitting on my ass everyday will only break me back to suicide. P.S: I have bad anxiety so I can’t drive and I’m anemia so I can’t donate blood. Any suggestions no matter what it is. Also please try to be kind. Google doesn’t always have the answers.
