So, I’m with this company. There are standards in place which I love. They also offer a program profession guide. This guide includes protocols for that specific skill (prerequisites, what format is next, rationale, how to run it, examples, etc.). I’ve been following this guide along with the deficits noted in assessments and current needs. And pulling elements from each. However, I’ve also been with this company for ages. We’ve gotten a lot of new BCBA’s. Some who have been in the field for ages and some brand new. I’ve been so curious about what they have learned, how their old company worked, and so on. I’ve talked to a few of them already. However, they are still free to run things their way. And it’s totally different from what I learned and know. Was curious if we all just create goals as we have been taught? Or are there companies who enforce a specific progression guide?

 | I have an Uno dating back 20 plus years, one of the very first models they made. No PID. It's been sitting in storage for 10+ years. Time to resurrect. Where do I begin? It turns on and heats up, good news. Bad news, the plumbing and some of the electrical seems to be on the fritz. The pump dribbles out a few drops from the group head, and nothing on the steam side seems to be operational. I'm guessing a fault switch. I've looked around for a manual. Everything online seems to represent the current Uno lineup with the PID. I could probably use that to get by, but a lot of the plumbing looks pretty foreign between the old style and the current. Does anyone have a non-PID manual PDF I can take a look at? Obviously I'll be doing a complete tear down and descaling from the inside out, anybody walk this path ahead of me and can offer any advice on rebuild of this specific build? I personally believe that the studies and the math is not in favor of dividend investing and that it does not reduce sequence of return risk (which means running out of money during the withdrawal phase in retirement). Having said that, I don't believe dividend investing is not valid. But it seems that a lot of people chose that strategy for irrational reasons and sometimes because of cognitive biases and/or psychological traps (like Loss Aversion for example).

I must be missing something because I'm still only at 123 kill with cursed weakness at 38.
equipment: about 1.2e5, with cheese boots / leaf armor / helm / shield / medkit all at level 129
pets: snekko and spiderbro
crafting: hematite set 50/50 on absolute damage resist and player hp as per wiki
gold/silver token shop: all maxed out to where the cost is 1.2e22 to go higher
trout: nuclear, level 65
scrolls: pet, unique leaves
unique leaves: everything
I can't think of anything else to modify HP or damage resistance, but the wiki says I should be able to get 125 kills with only 35 cursed weakness. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I’ve been seeing ads for misfits market, a shipping company. Unfortunately, NO item prices can be seen unless you actually sign up for a $35 minimum monthly subscription. I would be interested in knowing if anyone here has used this and how comparable the prices are to brick and mortar stores. On the face of it, selling misfit items *should be cheaper than usual because presumably they get the food at a discount and should be able to sell at a discount.
