2025.01.22 04:54 Mathilliterate_asian How do I level up my power level?

I know this has been asked to death but for some reason my character has stayed the same for a very long time.
I need galvanized iron to upgrade my guns. Got two boss weapons at +5 and two normal weapons at +11. I've been stuck at power level 14 for an eternity and I've upgraded all that I can. I've maxed two archetypes and the third is at level 7, yet my power level still stays the same even when I leveled them up. I know I need to upgrade my guns to get to a higher power level, but without getting my power level up I can't possibly upgrade anything because the world doesn't drop the materials. It feels like a catch-22 at this point.
So sorry for the dumb question, but what am I doing wrong?

This should take Government a good 10 years to organize. Run the system for 10 years then GoI should do a IPO on these 4 PSU and sell 25% to public, and IPO should be conditional that at all time the Government of India should hold 26% Equity in each PSU and that State Governments should along with GoI hold minimum 60% of all outstanding Equity. Each PSU should have 1 member of its board of Directors who is elected by non Government shareholders, 1 by Employees Union.
Now I wonder what will happen, which of these PSUs will become self-sufficient in revenue generation? Which PSU will require budget support from GoI & or State Government's? What will be the market performance of each of these PSU?

Primero creo que es necesario aclarar que mi contexto se situa en la Ciudad de México, una de las ciudades con más tráfico, más autos y más contaminación del mundo. Ahora sí, constantemente noto a mucha gente quejándose de cosas como que los niños ya no juegan en la calle, que nadie quiere caminar o que todo afuera se ve muy gris, y casi siempre pienso, claro, hay muchos factores, pero uno de los que considero más importantes a tratar son los autos. A pesar de que la gente sigue comprando autos y diario el tráfico en la ciudad es insoportable, tan solo el 20% de los viajes en la CDMX se hicieron en auto, todos los demás se reparten en transporte público (más del 50%), moticicleta, bicicleta y a pie, sin embargo, se siguen promoviendo políticas públicas como la licencia permanente, aumentar los límites de velocidad, retirar infraestructura para la disminución de la velocidad como topes e incluso ciclovías, eliminar las fotomultas y crear las "fotocívicas" que no solucionan nada. Y cuando se intentan promover otros medios de transporte, siempre tienen una excusa para no dejar el auto, ¿transporte público?, "no somos europa", "está mal y quieres más", "no hay dinero", "no hay espacio"; ¿bicicleta?, "las distancias son muy largas", "¿cómo vas a poner ciclovías en periférico?", "la bicicleta es para el parque". Y si no bastara con todos esos problemas, también tenemos a los siniestros viales, cuando vieron que iban al alza después de sus políticas públicas fallidas, quisieron desprestigiar a los ciclistas y motociclistas con campañas de desinformación masiva en los medios, diciendo que los ciclistas son irresponsables, o es su culpa si los atropellan, entre otras falsedades más. La mayoría de la gente está acostumbrada a que cuando atropellan a alguien, están más dispuestos a buscar cualquier motivo para culpar a l víctima que para aceptar que el auto NO ES UN JUGUETE Y NO CUALQUIERA DEBERÍA PODER MANEJARLO, mucho menos ahora que el "examen" para obtener la licencia (si ya tenías, no te lo aplican) consta de solo 20 preguntas teóricas e inlcuso en redes, hay gente declarando cínicamente que hicieron trampa. Simplemente no podemos seguir así, necesitamos dejar de dar privilegios al auto, reducir límites de velocidad, confinar correctamente carriles de TP y ciclovías, multar a los infractores, y aunado a esto, aumentar el costo de las multas, si las multas por invadir carriles confinados, estacionarse en la banqueta o en doble fila, saltarse altos u obstruir pasos peatonales no bajaran de los $8000, mínimo se lo pensarían 2 veces antes de reincidir, necesitamos políticas públicas que beneficien principalmente al transporte público, al peatón y al ciclista, porque también se entiende que si el transporte público siempre va lleno, choca, se descarrila o constantemente tiene fallos, difícilmente se puede desear que la gente deje el auto, lo mismo con la inseguridad para peatones y ciclistas, es facilísimo ser atropellado y que el culpable huya del lugar sin una sola consecuencia, esto debe parar.

My question is how often do GAD and MDD occur together? Are they coexistent at the same time or one masks the other and when one is treated the other appears from the underground?
Also what is the treatment approach for GAD and MDD co-occurring? Does one medication generally do the trick or do patients almost always need augmentation?
Also is there a general relative timeline observed in clinical practice regarding which symptoms take longer to get better?
I am just curious as a med student.
Edit: Also how common is it to surpass recommended dosage of a medication when a patient is responding very well to a certain medication yet there are some residual symptoms? Or is it always better to augment or even change medications? Is there any well accepted treatment algorithm for this?

Recently, I(20M) have been finding it harder to do everyday tasks. There are things I want to get done like cleaning my room or bathroom but I struggle to even get started on a task. It's even simple stuff like making coffee or fixing a meal to eat. It even affects my hobbies. There have been many times where I want to draw but just never start or I want to play on my switch, but I simply stare at it and never turn it on. I've dealt with this on and off for several years. Right now it's affecting me being able to do my coursework for my college classes. I want to study in my free time, but I just can't get myself to do it half the time. I'm not trying to procrastinate. A lot of the time I just feel like it's all my fault and I'm being lazy. I know I can do all the stuff I want to do or work on, I just can't get myself to do anything half the time. I sadly don't feel pressured by due dates on assignments to have some sort of stress to get things done. I don't understand it because I don't struggle with anything when it comes to doing stuff for others or at work.
If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.

I know this is going to sound extremely naive, but I’m genuinely looking for advice from people with experience in the jewelry business. I just turned 20, and while I’m doing really well in my current field (CRE) financially, I absolutely love jewelry. I don’t want to leave my main career, but I’m willing to dedicate all my spare time to learning and finding an angle to get into this business, whether that’s soon or 4-5 years down the line. I’ve been into jewelry since I was 17, buying and flipping gold pieces on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, etc. I’d snipe underpriced gold from people who didn’t know its value and resell it for a profit. But I stopped because it wasn’t worth my time just making a couple hundred a month. Still, I’ve continued collecting, I own a good amount of 22k and 18k gold jewelry, plus a few diamond pieces. My brother, who is also doing well financially, shares the same interest in getting into the jewelry business. We’ve brainstormed ideas like: Spending the next 4-5 years learning everything we can on the side, combine finance's, Finding a third partner with significant experience as I know even 5 years is not nearly enough. Use social media to market. Leverage our background in commercial real estate to secure a good location when the time is right.
I know this isn’t a solid plan, and it probably sounds all over the place, but I’m serious about this and looking for insight from people who know the landscape better. What angles should I be considering? What skills should I start developing now? Are there any low-risk ways to start dipping my toes into the business? And If I sound stupid and should change my mind I would like to hear it better early then later and lose $$$ haha.
