So I’ve gotten the top and bottom of my belly button piercing done before plus an addition like 7 other successful piercings (3 of them I even had to get redone twice) so I know I’d be able to take the pain but when I got the inverse navel piercing the girl who did it messed up bad like it looked super crooked so she told me to come back so we can redo it. It’s literally only been like a month since that happened and I’m thinking about going back and because of that I feel like it’ll hurt. Is there anything wrong with taking a pain killer before getting pierced?

Hi everybody. I am not so sure where to send this and I am unfamiliar with reddit so i’m sending this in a few channels. Today I purchased for the first time a Yeezy product. I wanted to get the Sl-01’s to match with my friend but I purchased it in the wrong size (10). I am a size 11 but I feel getting a 12 is the smarter decision, although I didn’t do that.

2025.01.22 06:41 Encouragedissent First time watching this series, went into it with no expectations and knowing nothing about it
So Im still at the beginning of this show, Ive watched through Breaking bad several times and its amazing, but ive never been a fan of spinoff series because they are almost always terrible. So far going through Season 1 my first impressions were that its good, but nothing special. Through the first 5 episodes I figure Im having fun at least, so ill see Season 1 through then decide if I want to keep going. Just finished Season 1 episode 6 though, and I have a feeling there is something pretty special here now that is worth continuing for sure. One of the best episodes of anything really that ive seen in quite some time, and really took a show that was starting to feel kind of one dimensional without any real gravity to it and took it up a notch. Maybe a lot of you had better first impressions, but Im pretty excited to see whats to come after that episode.

As I get older I am starting to realize just how rough I've had it.
It didn't hit me until recently. Just how disadvantaged I was in so many different ways. From my upbringing, to genetics, to circumstances.
Ive done the best I can, I will continue to do the best I can. But it wasn't until recently I realized just how much I've been through.
I don't think I will ever have a normal life. I don't know if I will ever be happy, or truly content.
I'm giving it all I can, every day showing up and that's all I can do.
But it still makes me sad. I see others living their lives, and feel envious now. I'm sure they have struggles. I know others have it worse than me too. But man, life could have been a lot easier too.
I have a lot to be grateful for. At times I feel greedy for wanting more. But what I'm after isn't even that exceptional. At times I feel like I'm fighting in the trenches for scraps that most people throw away.
I have regrets. But I understand why things happened, and honestly I did the best I can with what I knew at the time.
I hope years from now things turn out OK. But I don't know. I have this feeling it won't get better. I hope I'm wrong.
The quote, ths title of this post is a reminder of that for me.
It's possible to commit no mistakes and still fail. That's just life.
I hope whoever reads this gets what they want too. I hope it turns out OK for the both of us.

My wife and I are 40, two kids aged 6 and 8, and are trying to better plan for an easier later life. We've always been pretty good earners but feel we need to think harder about investments to maximise income in the future.
Our position:
Joint salary: £180k
Our mortgage is paid off and house equity is around £670k
Pension value: £350k
Cash and liquid investments: £50k
Crypto: £70k - yes, I know too much, I'm one of those annoying people that was an early adopter so my cost base is essentially zero. I've been selling off for years whilst trying to avoid the CGT threshold, which is obviously now tiny and makes the process very slow. But I'm continuing to chip away and convert to more stable investments. I did take a big CGT years ago to pay off the mortgage.
The kids have their own junior s&s ISAs, and they are obviously completely separate
We have no debts.
I feel like we're in a good position but need to be more strategic about how we make the most of this in the coming years.

Pictures of him and another woman smiling.. on a date.... and of course two videos of him fucking her with her on top. Scroll down you have videos in 11/2023 the mega ex that he's been off and on with since 2019...having sex. Three videos.... them also going out to eat cute pictures... Some more context. He told me he stopped having sex in sept of 2023.. he said he used protection for every woman he's been with. A lie because I saw the videos no condom... I also contracted the chlamydia two months into dating him but I couldn't for sure tell if it was ex or him. Since I broke things off with my ex in Feb and started having sex with my current bf sometime in March. And then April alittle off to may i started positive. And of course I asked him did you have sex unprotected and when was your last time with someone. All in Sept 2023 he claims and yes.
But now looking at the videos,photos. He's lied this whole time. It's no wonder why he kept trying to look at my old phone and through my photo gallery. And hes so controlling for a reason because he thinks I'm doing the same thing? Or have the samethings. I look at his main ex the one hes been going off and on since 2019..we look the same if not identical. And she has straight hair. He tells me he likes me with straight hair more then anything. He tells me to do doggy style and of course through one of those sex videos he had doing doggy style..... there's little things here and there that rub me the wrong way. I feel like he's still wants his ex. He was still following her through social media until I said something. Then he was following with his gaming account and then recently is not following her period. Even on her account there's a picture of them together with their other friend saying happy birthday...
I think they both still have feelings for each other... I always thought he was an amazing person but not an amazing partner. He kept saying I'm not a good man.. I'm not a good man never telling me what he meant. I understand people take time to get over someone. But I think he's using me for that. He's very closed off and doesn't express his emotions with me.. he said because hes been hurt before. He tells me im his lottery ticket.. im the one who will has his kids and we'll have a house etc. even after our baby died.. sometimes I think things happen for a reason . That maybe the universe is giving me another chance so that I can leave without being attached. Currently still not having protected sex either.. and still no pregnany.. Please help me make my decision.

My mom and I both overstayed our Visas, we came in legally, just overstayed. I got married to USC, filed my paperwork, and now am an LPR. However, my mom is adjusting her status through my 21+ yr old USC sister. I already submitted her paper work many months ago and she has already done her biometrics. I know that her overstay should be forgiven but I am a bit unsure now that we are under new administration. Has president Trump mentioned anything about wanting to not forgive overstays and unlawfully working?
