Mi historia es algo estúpida y hasta cierto punto infantil pero no me puedo sacar de la mente el asunto. Esta es mi primer publicación en Reddit así que perdón si cometo algún error o no es lugar adecuado para hacerlo. Un poco de contexto soy un chico de 24 años el cual cada que come carne de cordero o borrego se siente mareado y con náuseas y me causa mucho malestar a tal punto de sentirme sumamente débil cada que la consumo entonces la evito. Pero mi madre y mi hermana mayor aman comerla, el pasado domingo como siempre mi familia decidió ir a comer dicho platillo, y yo prefería quedarme en mi casa para desayunar algo que yo pudiera comer y les mencioné que ellas dos se fueran a comer sin mi, si tenían planes de salir después podría alcanzarlas. No me quisieron escuchar y a regañadientes me fui con ellas con la excusa de que nunca quiero salir con ellas, mientras ellas comían y yo solo observaba intentaron obligarme a comer dicho platillo a lo cual por lógica lo rechace. Posteriormente ya que hubieran terminado de comer me arrastraron a diferentes tiendas y lugares a los cuales si en cierta parte no me molestaba ir sinceramente no quería hacerlo más que nada por qué yo quería comer ya que no había desayunado nada Intente fugarme para comprar comida para mí pero no funcionó por qué lugar al que iba lugar al que me seguían o me sacaban para que siguiera con ellas. Cuando finalmente pudimos pasar a comer algo ellas decidieron el lugar, sin siquiera tomar en cuenta mis opciones, comieron y yo a regañadientes y por el hombre que tenía escoji un platillo, cuando llegó el momento de pedir la cuenta las dos se escusaron de no tener dinero para pagar la comida y me exigieron que pagará. ( No me molestaba pero igual estaba disgustado por pagar comida que no era mucho de mi agrado) y es muy molesto que en verdad no tomen en cuenta lo que pienso u opino. En fin Perdón si sueno infantil ¿soy yo el malo por molestarme con mi familia por no tomar mi cuenta opinión ?

2025.01.22 07:00 shitbox_pilot Maneuvers (ugh)
I’m just about to start my commercial, and I consider myself a decent pilot in terms of controlling the plane and whatnot. But when it comes to doing a maneuver, like saying okay now I am going do a steep turn 360 degrees, I absolutely biff it and lose/gain altitude. I can make a nice smooth landing 90% of the time, but when my CFI says to put it on the thousand footers I completely miss them and slam the plane into the ground. My instrument check ride was a breeze compared to my private, because I didn’t have to deal with precision landings and steep turns and everything, but I’m scared that commercial is going to be a completely different ballgame since I took like a year off after my private. I always hear my CFI talking about his ppl students who are already so good at putting it on the thousand footers and maneuvers come so naturally, but when I have to demonstrate a skill I screw it up. Any advice? Am I the only one, or is this common? (About 180 total hours and 125 PIC for reference)

*Asking for a friend who went through this incident *
A friend of mine, along with his parents, got off at Karad Bus Stand. As he was about to enter an Auto, 2 adult men on a bike assaulted him and grabbed his backpack and fled the scene. This happened in hardly 10 seconds and the guy couldn't see the bike's number plate or react immediately to take a photo of those men.
The bag contained an official laptop & its accessories, a wallet with some cash and some notebooks. The cops need the details of the laptop to inspect and investigate this further. With the attitude they spoke with this guy, hope seems bleak for him getting his laptop back.
Is that place a jinxed place where people are able to pull off such deeds of snatching a bag? Is this a regular offence that happens at Karad?

2025.01.22 07:00 VentiBreadwich High idle power usage fix?
Is there a way to fix high idle power usage? I'm on the 7700xt and the most recent driver settings. I've tried the custom resolution, I've tried the media recording thing( I don't even have the recording stuff on so obviously it didn't do anything) but nothing works. Normally I try to have 1440p 144hz but then when I'm watching YouTube it goes up to 50w so I turn it down to 1080p 60hz and the power usage goes down to around 30w. I heard it's an issue with vram clock speed but I can't turn down the max clock speed lower than 100% so I don't even know why that's a setting

2025.01.22 07:00 sweetshroomygirl I’m in love with a friend even though I’m in a relationship..
This might get some hate, but I want to be honest and share my human emotions. So for starters I don’t believe in souls mates, or that you only can fall in love with one person at a time. My boyfriend and I (both 20) have been together for 1.5 years and are pretty happy. We are in an open relationship, just to give you the idea that we are very openninded about connecting with nice people we meet along our way, still feeling loved my each other. We have one rule; our open relationship does not imply on friends. This I’m very happy with, as it might ruin/make things complicated.
The thing is that I have been in love with a guy from our friend group for about half a year. It is just recently I am even figuring this out myself. At first I just thought I really liked him as a friend and person to talk to. We’ve had many deep talks, and connected deeply as we share a lot of the same mental issues. It is not lust, but actual love I’m afraid. I just wish I could control my feelings.
The last couple of months I’ve tried my best to not see him/ talk to him as much to get over him, but it hasn’t worked as we are in the same friend group.
He has been seeing my best friend for the last couple of months, and that’s how I found out I’ve loved him- the heartbreak I just can’t shake off. I don’t feel like I can talk with anyone about this, because it is “wrong” even though I can’t control my feelings. I can’t even tell my best friend that I get uncomfortable when she talks about their relationship/sexlife.
I just feel so messed up right now. I almost with I never met this guy. How do I get over him alone? what do I do? Do I tell anyone? And I really truly love my boyfriend. As mentioned earlier, I do believe you can love multiple people at once (poly relationships).
