So I have been into this manifesting my SP journey since last July and we were in contact for a while but it was kinda on and off relationship. Recently 10 days ago, he broke up with me and now we're in no contact. So I have this really bad fearful intrusive thought that he might find someone else and it literally scares me, makes me anxious and the fact that these thoughts keep coming again and again scares me more because I fear that it might manifest. And it scares me that I'm pushing my SP away and creating a 3P unnecessarily. I really want to get rid of this fear and manifest my SP confidently and smoothly. Can someone please help me counter this limiting belief according to the law of assumption? Or if someone has been in the same situation but yet got their SP..please help me.

All of 2024, i was obsessed and addicted unhealthily to overwatch ranked and im glad to be free from its shackles. I know play other games peacefully, cod, fortnite, marvel rivals, i only play quick play now because ranked is just so unnecessarily problematic.
I feel like you dont need to play ranked to prove your a good player.
I also play more story mode games now.

Licensed Teacher po ako pero di ko na po napractice since 2019 (nagkaroon po ng mental health issue dahil sa toxic environment and boss) nasa ibang industry po ako ngayon (construction).
I have also an experienced in BPO (back office) for 6 months after graduating college, then lumipat ako ng academe pero not as full time teacher, which is part ng admin, for almost 4 years. Then naging HR AA naman sa isa sa mga kilalang supermarket kaso umalis din agad kasi ang toxic din ng mga boss (pag gusto ko tanggalin ng Area Manager babye ka na agad at walang proper trainings ng dapat mong gawin) and ngayon nasa construction company for 4 years (foreign firm) okay naman when it comes to benefits, keri yung work kahit hindi align sa course. every year may increase kaso di pa rin nakakasabay sa mga compensation ng ibang companies (may pagkakuripot kasi) kaso walang growth and development as is pa rin mula nung pumasok ako. naglelevel up yung work pero yung position waley. hindi rin na naacknowledge basta yung mga ginagawa mo pag di ka na kailangan wala ka na hehe.
nagiisip lumipat kung merong opportunity. kaya baka may masuggest kayo. thank you in advance

My girlfriend wants to build a gaming PC for her school work as well as so she can play sims and Allow her and her siblings to play other games that they want to play On her PC when she's not using it. Just wanted to get some Feedback on whether or not this is a good build for around 1k. She wants to keep it relatively small so I'm sticking with micro ATX cases and motherboards. I want a solid build for her and something that is cost friendly for her budget as well as something that will last her several years till we finish college and I can buy her a new one. Any tips or part recommendations are appreciated.

I’ve been using clip studio paint to animate for now but since it’s so simple I want to start using toonboom to try and get a better hang of it. However I don’t know the exact difference between all the versions, the website doesn’t even tell you what layer modes you do and don’t get. Normally I’d go for the cheapest option but I can’t really tell if that’s got everything I want in order to animate. I just want to know what I can do in the premium option that I can’t do in the advanced option, and have it be explained that makes some sense because the site isn’t helping.
