Hello folks! We have been apartment hunting since a while now and it has been very challenging. We have a budget of 2CR (including interiors) for a 3BHK. We are specifically looking at the Whitefield area keeping in mind the commute to our offices. Also, we would like a ready to move in apartment (next 3-4 months is okay).
What we are observing is that a ~1600sqft 3BHK is costing somewhere upwards of 2CR (without registration, interiors) in the area we are interested in. A couple of weeks ago we stumbled upon this project called “2G Tula @Hoodi” by 2getherments (builder). While the builder is new to Bangalore, they have quite a few projects in the Hyderabad area. We visited the project and found it to be pretty decently constructed. It was very roomy when compared to other apartments that we saw (internally and externally). This is being quoted at 8200 Rs/sqft which is the least I have come across in my search in this area at least. So, a 3BHK with a carpet area of 1100 is costing ~1.7CR. Has any one of you checked out this property? Do you have any views?
Would love your advice in general about property purchase in the Whitefield area. Thanks!!

I’m 28, my dad was only 66. He was a healthy and active person, more active than me, but still had a heart attack in the middle of the night. I held his hand as he struggled to breathe and kept telling him he’d be okay, but he wasn’t.
I realise now that my dad was one of my best friends. We used to do a lot together, and at every major or minor event in my life he supported me.
I’ve been back home for a week now, and in my mind I thought I could go back to work and slowly return to my life. But I’m basically just at home doing the bare minimum.
The most unexpected “symptom” of grief I’m dealing with is anxiety. I’ve never had anxiety before, but now everything scares me. Yesterday I was supposed to have dinner with my friends but I couldn’t even do that, I felt so anxious my stomach hurt. The anxiety mostly revolves around social interactions. I don’t know if this will go away with time or if I need to do something more actively about it.
Has anyone dealt with anxiety while grieving? What helped you?
My heart goes out to everyone who’s grieving.

Hi. Today is day 22 on paroxitine 12.5 mg (night) which I’m taking for OCD. It is helping me manage my symptoms well but there is one side effect that is bothering me. I feel very lazy in the morning and it’s very difficult for me to get out of bed. Only when I realize that I’m getting alarmingly late for work am I able to wake up at the last moment.
I did not have problem waking up on time before taking this med so I’m positive that this is the side effect of this med.
Question:
Any tips/suggestion to manage this side effect?
Will it get better by itself with time?

Wie vermutlich sehr viele hier habe ich, aus finanzieller Verantwortung mir und nur mir selbst gegenüber, vor ca. 3 Wochen den Wechselantrag bei der heiligen BKKF ausgefüllt, und im Browser auch die Bestätigung des Antragseingangs bekommen. Eine Bestätigungsmail gab es allerdings nichtmal.
Wie lange hat bei euch im Durchschnitt der Wechsel gedauert, sprich Kündigungsbestätigung alte Kasse, neue Mitgliedsnummer BKK usw? Warten vielleicht noch mehr Leute? Mir ist klar dass die momentan komplett überlastet sein werden. Aber wenn die länger brauchen, um für einen bei der AOK zu kündigen, verschiebt sich das ganze natürlich irgendwann einen Monat nach hinten. Hinweis: Was auch hier viele oft falsch annehmen, das Sonderkünsigungsrecht wegen Beitragserhöhung berührt nicht die Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten, sondern setzt nur alle anderen Bedingungen aus (Mindestversicherungszeit usw). Stand auch so auf der Antragsseite.

Never had an interaction with a guy before, literally nothing, am into gymbros like crazy, the fit body, the height, the nice hair, them making the effort in front of me and their face expression changing while doing so, the outfit (especially the sweatpants and the compression shirt) .. how do you resist looking at such thing ? I cant even workout anymore without getting distracted, i have to keep staring, i have to keep changing my exercises so i can do some workout next to them, i am literally being awkward af, i am an introvert too, i cant talk to any, most of them are also most likely straight and i have no clue what the reaction would be if i just asked .. So yea, what's pain and suffering ?
