[spoiler discussion] What would happen if Regulus slapped a object/person?

2025.01.22 06:58 Huge_Needleworker230 [spoiler discussion] What would happen if Regulus slapped a object/person?

Ok, my question may be dumb, but hear me out. As i remember, Tappei said that if Regulus didnt stop the ground below his feet, he would simply start falling through it. And also when he passes through emilia's ice by walking with a format of his body, cant he just put his hand through a human or a wall, making it so it passes through them with a hole in the format of his hand? I just had these thoughts, would like if it waz actually true.

2025.01.22 06:58 zsrt13 Meniscus tear or Arthiritis?

Hello friends,
31M here with a history of knee injuries/surgeries.
2012 : Left Knee ACL recon + Possible Medial Meniscus trim (operation notes not available)
2015 : Right Knee ACL recon
2022 : Right knee ACL revision + RAMP meniscus repair
I had all injuries playing soccefootball. After my 3rd surgery, I gave up soccer and started playing Pickleball. Stupid me didn't know that I could injure meniscus while playing Pickleball (or simply by running/ getting out of the car). While playing Pickleball one day, I started feeling giving away/ sharp pain in my Left Knee. There was minor swelling the left day and significant limping that week.
Surgeon who did all surgeries said its a meniscus tear (Joint line tenderness +ve) and the MRI showed " Apical Blunting of Medial Meniscus Body". However the surgeon interpreted it as a cut/line in the Peripheral part of meniscus. Surgeon advised a "wait and watch" strategy/ non surgical route.
What my confusion is : Is it a new meniscus tear or is it arthritis from the meniscus trim that was done in 2012. When I asked my surgeon, he said that no meniscus trim was done in 2012 surgery. But when I google "Blunting of meniscus" it says that it is because of a previous meniscus trim.
If anyone has any knowledge on this, please provide your insights. Thanks

2025.01.22 06:58 EvaFanThrowaway01 My two closest friends, both of whom are Hispanic, made me join the Hispanic club. Thing is, I’m not at all Hispanic.

I went to my first meeting this semester, and I couldn’t help but feel a bit uncomfortable the whole time I was there. I met some new people (who were cool), but I still felt like I was kinda out of place.

2025.01.22 06:58 aafluffycatjr Stuttering and Random Blue Screens After Upgrading CPU—Help Needed!

Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue where my PC crashes randomly, sometimes after 30 minutes, sometimes before I even log in. I get a blue screen with the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you." The problem started with some stuttering, which I initially didnt seem like a big deal (it was) so i put up with it for about a week, but then my pc started blue screening. I have had my pc for about a year and a half with no issues. No hardware was changed prior to this happening, it started out of nowhere. Stuttering has been fixed by installing a new cpu but the Blue Screens continue.
PC Specs:

What I’ve Tried:
  1. Reinstalled Windows: I thought I might have a virus, so I wiped the original SSD and reinstalled Windows. The stuttering stopped for a bit but returned after some use.
  2. Reinstalled Drivers: I updated all major drivers, including graphics and chipset drivers. No luck fixing the issue.
  3. Adjusted BIOS Settings: Following advice online, I tweaked a few BIOS settings, but it made things wayy worse. I reset the BIOS back to default.
  4. Replaced CPU: When the system wouldn’t boot at all and I noticed a CPU light on the motherboard, I replaced my old Ryzen 5 5600G with a brand new Ryzen 5 5600X. The stuttering was fixed, but the random BSODs continued.
  5. Tried New SSD: I installed a new Crucial P3 1TB SSD and attempted a fresh Windows install, but the PC blue-screened during the installation process.
  6. Cleaned the PC: I cleaned out the PC using an air duster, but there was some dust buildup on the CPU cooler and fans. Temps were never high, though.
Despite all of this, I’m still experiencing random BSODs with the original SSD, and the PC crashes at unpredictable intervals. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

2025.01.22 06:58 MyWholeChild1 Top 5 Vitamins You Need for Better Leg Circulation

Having good circulation is essential to our general health. It keeps oxygen, nutrients, and blood flow flowing to every inch of your body — including your legs. That said, poor leg circulation can cause pain or swelling and lead to more severe health problems such as deep vein thrombosis or varicose veins. So while you should of course be physically active, make sure you also eat well — the secret to better leg circulation is in food, too. Proper intake of the right vitamins can go a long way in enhancing blood flow and vascular health. In this article, we are sharing vitamins for circulation in legs and their benefits. These are the five vitamins you should make a priority to ensure your circulation in your legs improves.
1. Vitamin C – The Circulatory Superhero
Why it’s essential:
Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is one of the most critical nutrients for circulation. It aids in collagen production, an essential factor in the strength of blood vessels. Without collagen, veins and arteries can weaken, restricting blood flow. As an added benefit, Vitamin C is also a potent antioxidant, working to combat free radicals that can wreak havoc on your vascular system.
How it improves circulation:
Vitamin C is essential for keeping arteries and veins flexible, which in turn increases blood flow. It also increases your body’s ability to absorb iron, a mineral required to carry oxygen in the blood, so your legs are well-nourished and oxygenated.
Sources of Vitamin C:

Pro tip: If you’re having trouble with circulation, try a daily supplement but don’t go overboard and exceed recommended doses.
2. Vitamin D – Supporting Vascular Health
Why it’s essential:
Vitamin D is frequently referred to as the sunshine vitamin because when our skin is exposed to sunlight, our body produces vitamin D. In addition to its role in bone health, vitamin D also plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. A deficiency of this vitamin is associated with poor function of blood vessels, which can affect circulation in the legs.
How it improves circulation:
Vitamin D may help regulate blood pressure in part by reducing inflammation in blood vessels and promoting healthy blood flow throughout your body. It also feeds endothelial cells, the cells that line blood vessels and regulate their dilation and constriction to allow blood to flow without turbulence.
Sources of Vitamin D:
Pro tip: Adding a Vitamin D supplement is a smart addition for better circulation especially if you live in areas with less sunlight or have limited sun exposure.
3. Vitamin E – The Blood Flow Booster
Why it’s essential:
Vitamin E is a powerhouse nutrient when it comes to improving circulation and keeping your blood vessels healthy. It works as an antioxidant to combat oxidative stress, which can damage blood vessel walls over time. Think of it as the vitamin that keeps your vascular system “rust-free.”
How it improves circulation:
Vitamin E is known for its blood-thinning properties, which prevent the formation of clots and ensure smooth blood flow. It also helps dilate blood vessels, allowing you to more comfortably deliver oxygen and nutrients to your feet.
Sources of Vitamin E:
Pro tip: A handful of nuts or avocado toast can give you a good dose of vitamin E.
4. Vitamin K – Strengthening Blood Vessels
Why it’s essential:
Vitamin K is important for the formation of blood clots and plays an important role in preventing further bleeding. But more importantly, it helps maintain the integrity of your blood vessel walls. It works by keeping calcium deposits out of your arteries, reducing the risk of narrowing that can reduce circulation.
How it improves circulation:
By stopping calcification in the blood vessels, vitamin K ensures that your veins and arteries remain flexible and functional. This improved elasticity allows blood to flow freely to the legs, reducing the likelihood of cramps, swelling or varicose veins.
Sources of Vitamin K:
Pro tip: Vitamin K is fat soluble, meaning it needs healthy fat to be absorbed effectively. Mix with olive oil or avocado for best results.
5. B Vitamins – The Circulation Collaborators
Why they’re essential:
B vitamins, especially B6, B9 (folate) and B12, are helpful in promoting healthy circulation. They help lower levels of homocysteine—a naturally occurring compound in your blood—that, when too high, can damage blood vessels and prevent proper blood flow.
How they improve circulation:
These vitamins ensure the optimal production of red blood cells, which is important for the transport of oxygen to muscle tissues, including the legs. They also stop blood clots and improve the function of blood vessels, keeping the communication system in top condition.
Sources of B Vitamins:
Pro tip: Vegetarians or vegans may have trouble getting enough B12 from diet alone, so consider taking supplements to meet your needs.
Additional Tips to Boost Leg Circulation While vitamins are important for maintaining good blood circulation in the feet, lifestyle habits also play an important role. Here are some suggestions to maximize your efforts:
Stay Active: Regular physical activity, such as walking, cycling or yoga, promotes blood flow and strengthens the leg muscles.
Hydration Matters: Drinking enough water maintains proper blood circulation and prevents blood from thickening.
Wear Compression Stockings: These venous blood circulation help improve and reduce inflammation in the legs.
Massage Therapy: Consider massaging your feet regularly to promote blood flow.
Healthy Diet: In addition to vitamins, foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants support better circulation.
Closing Thoughts Improving circulation to your feet will not only help you feel better, but is also essential for long-term health. Including these five important vitamins in your diet is a simple but effective way to increase vascular function and prevent circulatory discomfort. With a balanced diet and an active lifestyle, you'll be well on your way to keeping your feet healthy and feeling good.
If poor circulation persists despite these changes, do not hesitate to consult a health professional. Your feet play all day - take care of them.

2025.01.22 06:58 Safe_String_8012 Has anyone else had success with local collaborations or cross-promotions?

Hey friends,
I’ve been running a small business in Canada for a couple of years now, and I’ve found one marketing tactic that really made a difference for me,local partnerships. I reached out to local influencers and small businesses that cater to the same audience and proposed cross-promotions. It’s been a great way to reach a wider local audience without a huge budget.
Since implementing this, I’ve seen more foot traffic, and even online sales have picked up from locals. I’m now focusing on building a community around my brand.
For lead generation, I’ve been using Warpleads’ technological filter to export leads. I verify everything with Zerobounce, ensuring my email lists stay clean. For sending, I use ReachInbox because it’s been a reliable tool to get my emails delivered.
Has anyone else had success with local collaborations or cross-promotions? How did you approach it to make sure it was beneficial for both parties?
