I've got a mini PC (laptop without batteries hardware) - GMKtec K8 with 96GB RAM and a 8845HS processor. I was curious if it was possible to disassemble this PC and place it onto a Fractal case and add a eGPU thru Oculink or M.2 port so it doesn't look too ugly with one.
Trying to get a GTX 4070 for it.
Don't want to trash the 600$ mini pc for the 600$ GPU to look nice 🤔😅

Hello! not pretty sure how this works but I really need some advices or maybe to hear what I already know but I don't want to accept. I've been in a LDR for 8 months with this cute guy, I met him in my country while he was traveling for vacations, everything at the beginning was fine ( like all the relationships ) when he had to go back to his country, he asked me to try the LDR, I accepted because, I was 'in love' at the time and I could feel he was too. Anyways at some point, some months ago we started to talk less, we had planned to see each other again this year around March, because I need a visa to visit his country for me is really hard to go and visit him, but he can come only with his passport,I was trying to get the visa but I had some unexpected expenses I had to do and I spent all my savings, still I'm trying to save more money ( working hard is not a problem for me ) but on the other hand I see he stopped planning coming to my country, he doesn't talk about it anymore, when I asked him his plans for this year he said, he just want to be more healthy and save money ( never mentioned he will come to see me ) we already talked about getting distance in our relationship and he said it's because he is getting busy, sometimes he is not feeling well. I swear I'm trying to understand and lying to myself everything would be fine when we meet again but at this point, I don't really know, what we are doing :( giving more details when everything was fine between us we had planned to live together, we were checking a working visa for me and in a bigger plan we really wanted to start a family, not sure at which point everything fell over. Now we just talk in the mornings while he's driving to his job and he doesn't even text me when he is going to bed, he says he is busy but he is playing FIFA with his friends, watching movies with his family or alone, I can see I'm not on his mind anymore :( once when were talking about the future for us, he said, he wanted to start a life with me otherwise there was no point for being in a LDR, so keeping that on mind, I believe he thinks we can still make it, that's why he is still with me, but he is pushing me away so bad, I don't want to leave him, I love him, I just want to understand why everything has changed and I am hoping maybe it is just a bad time :( I'm still trying to save money and checking the working visa stuff but I'm not sure what he is doing for us, I can't tell to my friends because I've told everyone around me, I was moving to his country and we were a happy couple, I have planned from the last year to get the visa and move, so I don't know what I'm gonna do here if we break up, I rejected a contract for going to get the visa ( I have to do some papers in another country )and I even told my family I'm leaving this year, but now not sure about anything.

Hi everyone, I’m a new grad on a heavy med surg/tele floor and today I called off because my depression and anxiety got the best of me. I feel like I’m drowning at work and having to stay OT to finish everything, I have heavy patient loads with high acuity, and lack of help at work with either short staff and/or no CNA’s. I also moved far away from my family for this job. I cry before work and after work, dread work on my days off, have panic attacks, and have SI the day of work (no plan and I’ll never act on it). I felt so bad for calling off because I don’t want to make myself seem undependable and make it harder on the nurses, and I called off 4 hours before my start of shift because I really tried to push myself to get ready to go but I couldn’t. I also called off 2 months ago due to illness related to stress because of this job.
I want to quit and find a different position such as outpatient or OR but I don’t have 1 yr experience and I have so much financial responsibilities. I feel trapped, I don’t know what to do. I feel ashamed for admitting I am struggling compared to the other new grads on my floor, and I feel shamed for letting my mental health get the best of me. I don’t know why I’m posting this, just want to get it off my chest with fellow nurses who could relate with me. Thank you for listening.

What were your experiences going all-in at a normal weight/ not underweight?
Did you still gain a lot of weight? I'm in the normal bmi range and look mostly like I did pre-ed but my body istn't fully weight restored yet, as I haven't gotten my period back. I'm in quasi recovery, not cutting out entire food groups ut there are still a lot of food rules around what/when/how much I eat. I'm scared I'll still gain a lot and very rapidly and visibly.
Is it possible to still exercise or is the bloating/swelling from EH too painful for that? (I don't compulsively/excessively exercise.)
I'd appreciate any report on your experiences
