After a couple of years of self loathing. I decided to go to therapy and been gyming it pretty hard for the last two years.
So I decided to download Tinder knowing it probably wont go anywhere. However I started to text a pretty girl we have fairly lengthly texts to each other but I am just too shy in person that my mind panics.
We went for coffee and I thought I blew it but she kept texting me afterwards and we have played CounterStrike together. Now we've been texting for about 9 weeks and I randomly asked if she wanted to go bowling or something with me and she said yes.
My problem is that I dont know if this a date ? and I should act like it is. I dont know what I am going to say to her driving to the place and I dont know how to keep the conversation going. When we went for coffee it felt like a one sided conversation I tried to keep the conversation going and it felt like she wasnt responding back so I thought I blew it.

Sooo... I did the stupid thing and quit Venlafaxine last friday, from 150mg to Zero in a Day. Now before you say the obvious, I was running out of medication and couldn't reach my psych. I had no choice, there were simply no meds left.
Mentally I'm great, I feel WAY better than on Venlafaxine, very good mood, able to clean the house, take walks, cook healthy food and just DO things. Physically however it's shit. I feel super dizzy all the time and like I'm getting the flu. Yeah, it was to be expected.
So now today I tried calling my psych again, it seems she's just too busy to take my call or ready my e-mails. I went to see my GP yesterday and he says he's out of his field regarding this matter and I should - surprise - talk to my psych. I sent an e-mail to my therapist explaining the situation yesterday and he simply didn't answer as of today.
I am kinda stumped. Mind you, I won't die from this, but I am angry and don't know how to handle this. IT could have been avoided.
So I guess my point is: does anyone have an Idea what I could do next? Does anyone have any experience with quitting in general and the time it takes for the dizziness to go away?
I'd also just like to hear some encouragement from you guys If you can. Kinda down rn.

For me, it's Machine Head and Cannibal Corpse.
I consider Burn My Eyes and The More Things Change to be among my favourite metal albums of all time, but aside from an occasional spin of Through The Ashes Of Empires or Unto The Locust for a couple of songs I would never ever want to listen to anything else they've ever done. With Cannibal Corpse, I like the Barnes era (especially The Bleeding) and that's all I want to listen to, and while I like a couple of Corpsegrinder songs most of them just do nothing for me.
For Machine Head its because on any of their albums other than those, they just come off as cringe and try hard and like when someone not very smart or interesting tries to act deeper and more intelligent than they actually are (especially The Blackening). For Cannibal Corpse, it's more just than I never liked them from the Corpsegrinder era and only got into them later because I finally heard the Barnes albums, and after becoming a fan of those albums, their later stuff still just never clicked for me.

I can not stand the fact that every time some dumbass walks into a mine on woods or lighthouse I get tinnitus. The explosion can be 300m away and I will still get ringing ears as if a nuke just went off, every time without fail. The funniest thing about it is that the tinnitus effect sets in before the mine explosion is even heard, so my ears are somehow affected by soundwaves that haven't even arrived yet. This needs to be fixed, it's been a known bug for 2+ wipes now.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my current progress in Infinity Nikki as I prep for the upcoming 1.2 update (less than 2 days away, eep!). I’m a dolphin player —most of my spending has gone toward Mira Journey— but I’ve been having a blast working through the game and wanted to give a quick overview of where I’m at. 😊
Here’s what I’ve completed so far:
- Story Progress: Completed all current chapters up to Chapter 8 plus the interlude, all world quests & all random quests
- Miracle Outfits: Both are done! Currently focusing on evolving all versions of Wishful Aurosa because I love the recolours & the design more than Silvergale’s Aria.
- Camera: Fully upgraded! Taking photos of the world & NPCs is one of my favorite things to do. 📸
- Wishfield Factions & Stylists: Cleared them all!
- Legendary Stylist Rank: I’ve reached Legendary Stylist in the courses! There are still a few things to wrap up in individual courses, but I’m not rushing those.
- Mini Board Games: Found and completed every single one!
- Kilo The Cadenceborn: I've given him all the Dews of Inspiration he's wanted —can't give him any more
- Wishfield Expedition Handbook: Just wrapped this up —such a satisfying ending to my exploration of the Wishfield Region!
I’m so excited to dive into the new content —my nikkisona is dressed ready for the Jade ship (last photo) What about you guys? How’s your progress looking? What are your goals for 1.2? Are you also hoping there's some secret cny stuff the devs haven't shown us yet? I wouldn't mind to hearing about it! 💕

Sorry, don’t know if this is allowed but I saw someone else ask this. When I was 9, I was pretending to swim in one inch of water in our pool. My neighbor pretended to hold me down by putting his hand on my butt, he didn’t actually hold me down or anything but it made me really uncomfortable and scared. I was going to tell my mom but never did. But, I feel like calling that SA is me being dramatic and searching for attention.
