[after an investigation by the police about a strange murder, a booked called "journal" was found in the bathroom]
I don't think i'm alone.... i've heard footstep when i was in the bathroom.
I remember my neighbour crying, or was it someone else.
I moved to the kitchen... Some knifes are missing and my tv is on a static position.....
My cat is laying near the tv with those ears downed on his head At this point i don't even know if my cat is still alive He moved like three days ago....
I need some fresh water on my face...
The mirror of the bathroom is becoming more and more dark as we are approaching midnight....
The footstep started again. Maybe if i don't make any brutal movement and go to my bed, that thing won't see or hear me.
There are those two eyes in front of my bed..... Those strange yellow...... There are looking directly at me..... My cat don't have yellow eyes..... What is happening..... Is that thing friendly ? I heard someone crying there was like two minutes..... I bring my book whit me...... Its dark and cold....
There is that slimy liquid all around my bed.... Maybe if i reach the bathroom all of that will stop....
The mirror of the bathroom is broken and the strange liquid was blood...... The blood is disposed in like a trail or i don't know.... Maybe something was pushed all around my house...... My cat is looking at me like i don't exist anymore...... Maybe if i exit my house.... All of that will stop..... [The journal was stopped here, leaving only some mage and a red hand mark on the journal, the red mark was identified as blood]

Now that I'm coming home n Reddit, I'm seeing a lot of guys using Ai to modify their codes and reducing time complexities. Will using ai prompts to program my codes anyway will hamper my chances in getting a job in todays market? I have also seen top universities introducing gpt promoting as courses. What should i do? Zwei Geschwister stehen im Berliner Testament als Erben der Eltern. Soweit so gut 50:50. Da in Zukunft eine Scheidung bei einem Geschwisterteil ansteht stellt sich mir die Frage ob der noch Ehemann Anspruch auf einen Pflichtteil des Erbes hat oder ob dies nicht der Fall ist, da die Erben ja klar benannt sind.

Hey guys at First i want to say sorry for my Bad english because i am from Germany :)
My Story: It all startet for me 4 Months Ago After my 18Th Birthday. I had extreme Vertigo i thought i would get knocked out. This happend 3 Days Everyday. My Doctor made some Blood Tests and Ekgs etc. And Said i have a Vitamin D Level on 14 in Summer is this extreme low😭 and i was totally dehydrated. Because of work i only drunk Coke and RedBulls and smoked alot. After this i didnt went out anymore because of anxiety and i had DPDR in this time. Then one day i decided to Go to work again and then After i got. Home i was chillin in my Bed i had a panicattack it was so horrible Holly Shit. I thought every day i would die every day i had extreme Health anxiety. My Dad went 2 Weeks to my Family in turkey (Kurdish Region) because i am Kurd. This two Weeks very good i got more religious etc. After i went Home again i had to Figure out what happend with me. I made 3 MRI 2 CT 5 Blood Test and a Long Term EKG from my heart. But nothing.
Then i startet going out a Little Bit with Friends again with Full DPDR. My Grandpa. Said then to me that i have to work on my Body and my Mental Health. Oh wow Like saying a dog make miau. But he was Right. Here is exactly what I did for the last 3 Weeks. (PS: It will be very Hard VERY VERY HARD The First week.) 1 Make a Routine : •Stand up before 8. •Take Probiotics (when you have eaten and drunk shit Like me for the last months) • Take a shower i now it will be very unconfertable. •Make Skincare (Good for reconnecting with yourself) • Go out 30Min Like Jogging or something. • Pray (as muslim try to pray all 5 prayers) After this Like Go school or work. Make Sport very Important (i personally make MMA) Learn something new i learned a lot about the history from Kurdish Evolution. Do Not avoid any places because of anxiety. If you catch yourself by avoiding then Go in this Place direct. Tell yourself that you Are 100% Recoverd. I know this Sounds stupid but its very good for healing. „Act Like the Person you want to be“
