I have not smoked in multiple days (besides one small cart rip two days ago) because I have been paranoid about developing CHS. This morning, even without smoking last night or really all week, I woke up extremely nauseous with a gassy stomach. Is this CHS or a possible other medical issue? I have GERD and did not smoke before this morning episode of nausea or really for the past few days. I am past my withdrawals from weed too so I’m curious to why I am getting so sick in the morning. I do work a very early morning job (like 5am early) and do not sleep enough for reference. Just wanted to see if this aligns with anyone else’s CHS issues?

I guess most Singaporeans of my age group (born 80s) know at least one lady named 思颖, which apparently is like a popular girls' name like XX Ling.
According to my limited understanding of Chinese 思 is thought and 颖 means novel so probably 思颖 means innovative thought.
But i kind of suspect being innovative isn't rank very high in the list of qualities that Chinese parents hope their daughters to have compared to qualities like being pretty / virtuous / gracious etc.
So why do many Singaporean parents still name their daughters 思颖?

Quick Intro- Entered 3rd Year, Private medical college student in Punjab, 1st Year Studied from Indian authors (BDC, AK Jain, Jambulkar(Satyanarayana) passed proff easily but can't tell if I have any proper knowledge.
2nd Year didn't study whole year except pharma(that too studied partly from dr. GRG videos and Pharma at glance- A book Made by our Pharma department). Studied Patho and Micro all in one month(markings ofc) before exam from Harsh Mohan And Apurba Sastry. This time I can tell I have no knowledge, god knows how i wrote exams.
Need advice for current and future preparations. I'm worried that I've missed out on reading standard books or even Indian Authors properly.
Just how can I start with PG prep can someone give a rough outline for the basic things i need to sort out. Also there's too much when you start reading Reddit.
Some buzzwords always in my mind now - 1. Marrow 2. Flashcards (Anki) 3. First Aid
If someone could take out their time to guide just how to start given my condition and how to improve on that further.

You nail your power move and execute it really well one day, but the next day, it just falls apart.
I did 10+ clean windmill rounds the other day and yesterday, but today, I can’t even get past 3 clean rounds. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and I really need help and tips to improve my consistency. The same thing happens with my flare and headspin. Please help.
