Going to start off weird but here we go, let's start by saying that about 3 to 4 times out of the week. I'll have dreams about riding fully faired sport bikes, yes ik oddly specific, anyways, I'm debating a tough choice rn
I'm 21, 5'11 currently 230 but going back into the gym and my lean weight was around 165 (it's a jump I know I got fat 🤣) I love straight line speed just as much as tearing up corners (I think) bc I don't really know, I love speed and the sound of inline fours, though I also love the sound of the MT07, just not nearly as much.
MT07 (2025) This is going to come as no surprise to almost anyone, but the mp07 is obviously a top contender for a beginner bike, My only issue is that it's not faired And I'm not paying for an r7, The reason I want to go with the 2025 is because I love the new design and I like the new screen too, this bike would teach me everything I would ever need to know essentially and other than the fact that it's not a four-cylinder and it's not fully faired, it's essentially perfect, another reason I was looking to get one new is because I want to have it for a very very long time as well as have an ultimate personal connection with the vehicle, as well as know that it's not been dogged on by anyone else, or under maintained
CBR-650F this may come as a surprise, first question you might ask, why F, not R? Well bc insurance, I have accidents in my record and don't want shit rates, I absolutely LOVE the looks of these bikes, and the red, love it, though I am still very slightly looking at the R version too, the F is more comfortable, and it's a Honda so it'll last forever, I think it's a sport bike that'll be a great introduction to inline 4's and fully faired machines, I like the look, sound, feel, everything.
I've sat on both the CBR and MT, and idk if I have a favorite, looks department def the CBR, feel free to ask questions and list concerns and opinions please, anything helps :)))

Really quick question for all the trademark and IP lawyers out there.
I’m a mortgage broker starting my own small business, and after brainstorming a plethora of business names, I thought of a really cool and sleek name(not the actual name): A1Funds.
The name was available for instant registration through ASIC, so I went ahead and registered it. The only similar business names I found were A1 Funds Finance Solutions and A1 Funds Group Pty Ltd, which have slight differences like added words and a space between "A1" and "Funds."
I thoroughly searched Google and couldn’t find any branding or business activity under "A1 Funds." The business name was successfully registered, and I’ve now applied for a trademark for A1 Funds.
However, when browsing LinkedIn, I came across a post from a person in my state who, three months ago, mentioned their new business venture trading under "A1 Funds." This is the owner of A1 FUNDS FINANCE SOLUTIONS.
Aside from their LinkedIn post and their business name registration, there’s virtually nothing online—no website, no branding, no marketing presence—under the name "A1 Funds." and or A1 Funds Finance Solutions.
In this situation, assuming my trademark application passes IP Australia’s checks and nobody opposes the 2 month waiting registration period, would the other person (who hasn’t trademarked the name) have to adapt their branding to something like A1 Funds Finance Solutions and stop using my A1 Funds trademark? Or, because they’ve used the name for a few months prior to my application, would we both have to share the name in some way? For reference, we conduct the exact same business in the same state and online.
I wouldn’t have proceeded with registering the business name or filing the trademark had I seen the LinkedIn post earlier, but I’m curious about the legal implications moving forward now i have paid for everything.

I was doing the daily challenges earlier and fast travelled to Foundation to turn in some treasury notes that I had, and the game crashed. It's been crashing every time I try to load back in. I looked around and it seems like it's because Minerva is there (I didn't even know she was there), but I can't even load in to move away from the place, I'm just stuck in crash purgatory.
