 | This is my current setup. I have the Beam Gen 2 on the TV Table very close to the edge. Distance from couch to tv is about 2,1m. The Era 100s are on stands 30cm behind the couch and 30cm inwards from the left and right edge of the couch. They are also angled towards the Main Listening Position. Because of the Computer Table I can’t move them further behind the couch or further to the sides (I also can’t move the computer table). Hi all, currently struggling and anxious with my current job right now because I keep forgetting what I need to or some details I have to know even though they keep telling me. Sometimes when I am working my brain somehow turns off by itself and I ended forgetting some what I need to do which turn to me panicking and stressing which makes it even worse. There so much details/info/work thrown at me and i don't even know how I can keep up especially their beginning to make me work alone at my shift.
I don't want to make mistakes because of it and make my boss mad or lose my job. I've been getting bad sleep because of my anxiety and overthinking over it. Is this brain fog or something else? I don't want to look for another job because it pays well and the only job I had that gave me more shifts. Please help?

I started a job in R&D and wanted to share a project I've completed and get your thoughts on whether I can feel proud of this accomplishment. My cousin handled all the IoT hardware and software while all server, backend and frontend was done by myself.
Over the past 6 months, we built:
- A .NET MAUI cross-platform app (iOS/Android/Windows) that:

- Manages user authentication and permissions
- Implements push notifications
- Features responsive UI with dark theme
- A complete backend system:
- Set up Apache/MySQL server from scratch
- Built REST APIs with PHP
- Implemented JWT authentication
- Real-time data processing
- Push notification system
- IoT Hardware:
- Designed custom PCB
- Implemented RS485 Modbus communication
- Created firmware for real-time data collection
- Built JSON packaging and server communication
- Handled error recovery and reconnection
- OTA updates for on-site devices.
The system is currently deployed and monitoring industrial equipment, with multiple devices sending data to the server and multiple users accessing it through the mobile/desktop apps.
I'm kind of proud of completing this, but I also know there are many talented developers out there. Is this actually impressive, or is it just a basic full-stack project? Would love to hear your thoughts, especially from those who've worked on similar industrial/IoT projects.

I'm in the job market for the first time since about 2018. Lots of customer service experience, writing and typing skills, general things like that. I've applied to a handful of places on LinkedIn and other company websites, but I'm having trouble pinpointing remote jobs specifically.
It seems every time I search for a remote position, there's a roadblock. On Indeed (the non-scam listings), there will be one remote position listed and then the rest of the job listings are location-based. Some in Michigan, some in New York, there's no rhyme or reason to the organization. This is a problem on other job recruitment sites, too. Am I not searching correctly? I'm using prompted keywords the website is giving me for remote work, but it still gives me these problems.
I live in a very isolated, rural area so working from home and remote-only jobs are kind of the only things I'm feasibly able to do right now. Right now, I'm targeting customer service rep jobs (10+ years of experience) and data entry jobs (entry level), but I've also applied to some remote scoring positions and tutoring positions. It's not like I haven't found any jobs, but I'm trying to throw a wide net. I'm doing about 10-11 applications every day and that doesn't feel like a lot. Haven't heard back from anyone, but I just started.
I'm also in a pretty tight spot financially. I'm unemployed and I'm going to have to take over a lease in about three months. I have a few Etsy hustles but... That covers maybe one month of health insurance, and that's it. I do have some savings, enough to get through about six months after that without employment, but that's it. I know a lot can happen in that amount of time, but... You know. The sooner I get something, the better.
I'm very anxious right now, so I'm sure these thoughts are scattered. Apologies. I'm scrolling posts to pick up info, but any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
