i recently found out my now ex bf had a little side bitch the whole time we were also fucking . he was playing both sides and he posted her today holding her hands. he doesn’t deserve to be happy. i don’t want them together i don’t care period. i’m splitting them up and i have so much energy rn!! i use it to put it all into a breakup spell but we’re a couple days away from a full moon. i heard this phase we should so self care type of spells. what do you think? do you think it matters? should i wait till it’s a waning moon?

Nuclear war - Dirty bomb talked about. Seems too obvious and like a red herring as a lot of people say since everything seems to point to this. But the reporter’s question makes it seem like a false flag event.
Transhumanism - Imagine if humans started uploading themselves to a digital world and these were somehow a safety reservoir in some sense. Definitely a bit of a stretch but creative writing could make this idea incredible
Genetic Engineering - Gene editing gone wrong, humans must go underground (or hide from something), not crazy to think.
Gamma Ray Burst (GRB) - Ozone layer gone, people getting cooked outside, concrete silo = protection until the earth heals…?
Climate Change - Seems like an obvious candidate but boring, dunno. Same as the nuclear war trope. Not realistic either, 0 chance a US government with any republicans would do the Silo project to prep for something they don’t believe in.
Grey Goo - Self-replicating bots gone wrong and forcing people into hiding is plausible, although this theory states if it’s not contained the whole world and all of its resources get used up by the bots. Unless they’re controlled by (a rogue) “the Algorithm” or whatever TF Silo 51 is. Edit: There is mention of no strong magnification and an emphasis on “stuff getting into the suit” which fits this.
Singularity - AI does seem a bit scary and ominous in the series after the last two episodes
Supervolcano - Seems plausible, but damn it’s been a lot of years. Not sure how fast dust would settle. Explains the shit environment though.
Antibiotic resistance - Ehhhh plausible but I don’t see a whole series based on bacteria ruling the world and killing everyone quickly

Thank God, but after reading all these new rules about lithium-ion batteries and micromobility products, I’m even more confused. Banning everyone from using throttles is just ridiculous. What about people who actually need them?
I recently had back fusion surgery and can’t ride a regular bike anymore, so I got myself a high-powered Meelod DK300MAX to commute to work. Now with all these overwhelming new regulations in the U.S., I’m wondering—if I follow every law, wear all the right gear (helmet, brakes, signal lights), and never ride on the sidewalk, always stopping at red lights—can I still use it like before? I really don’t want to give it up.

Good Morning!
First of all, I'm sorry for the lack of misuse of techincal terms , my not so good english and the long text.
I'm developing an Desktop App in C# MVVM Winui that is supposed to receive data from objects ( for now only focusing on receiving position [lat,long,alt] speed and direction) and represent it on a map . My estimation for max number of objects at the same time would be a few thousands and thats already a very positive estimate for what will probably be the real number.
The program follows an hierarchy let's say an owner has 20 objects, it receives 20 object tracks and will share those 20 object tracks with others owner( and vice versa) in a single message. Therefore, even if there are 1000 objects that are, there won't be an owner receiving 1k single message in a space of seconds, it will probably come in batches of tens
Data is received by a singleton class (services.AddSingleton
My initial idea was a global variable that would hold all that data in observable collections/property changed and through Dependecy Injection, the viewModel would just read from there .
I had a lot of problems because of memory leaks, the viewModels were acumulating to the a lot of subscription because of those.
So I'm trying to move even more to the reliance of Databases (the app has another purposes outside of tracking, but this is the biggest challenge because is real-time data, the other data doesn't change so frequently and I can support some lag)
My new ideia is for the app to receive data , , store in a database so the ViewModel-View responsible for displaying the data can constantly read from the db for the updates. So I need fast writes and reads, and no need for ACID, some data can be lost, so i focused in NonSQL but maybe im losing options with SQL(specially postgres)
Do you guys know any database that is reliable for this? Or is this idea not even feasible and I should stay with a global Variable but with better event subscription( using Reactive or something else ?
I know Postgress has a plugin for geospatial data, but i was dodging postgres for the fact of the user would have to install and/ or setup a postgres server since this is suppose to be a serverless app but maybe I don't really need to do that, I lack a lot on that knowledge
