Unless it’s in the context of an emergency i feel it’s counterproductive.im willing to bet that most people would post or speak about their troubles online or irl just want to know that they are seen and heard and understood.That they are not completely alone in the world.They are looking for a safe space to vent.They want community.Also people seem to be under the impression that others either can afford therapy or are not already in therapy and medicated.Sometimes people just need a little extra support until their next appointment.If you are someone who feels like it’s not yours or others jobs to help people hurting that’s fine but it’s best to say nothing at all.

I've been recently wondering about this for 2 reasons; First, I saw a guy post themselves beating Limbo VI - 1 with Mondlicht as the main damage dealer Second, I'm hella broke and struggling rn, so I wanna avoid putting too many resources into levelling 5 and 6 star characters at the moment. So, in your opinion, what 4 star or lower do you think is good or has a usable niche that will help in tougher stages?
I already know some myself, like Eagle being a strong damage dealer with the right set up, door being used as a sacrifice for moxie gain, Leilani for her moxie gain in ult, or La Source for depleting moxie, but are there characters, like Mondlicht, who you think has a strong case in specific stages, situations, or team comps? I love this aspect of the game so I wanna hear more of your opinion on these lesser known and appreciated characters.

So I’m a fitness coach, life coach, and nutritionist. Part of my job isn’t just helping people get in shape physically, but also mentoring them to improve other aspects of their lives—discipline, self-improvement, being better partners, and growing in their careers. I really believe in this holistic approach because I’ve seen it work with a lot of my clients, and honestly, I don’t want to just get people to “look good” on the outside. I want them to feel good about themselves and their lives as a whole. When I gain a new client I have them fill out an extensive application telling me their real WHY for wanting to get in shape and become the best version of themselves.
A few months ago, I started working with this new client (let’s call him “Tom”). He came to me because he wanted to get fit, noting that he just wanted to be the BEST version of himself in all areas of life, starting with the gym. After a few sessions, I started noticing that he wasn’t putting effort into anything—not just his workouts, but really in any area of his life. He had a lot of excuses, like “work’s too stressful,” “my wife’s not on the same page,” or “church isn’t for me anymore.” It became clear that he was letting his discipline slide in all aspects of his life, not just the gym.
So, I decided to have a tough conversation with him. I told him that part of being a better version of himself meant taking accountability in ALL areas of his life: his fitness, his relationship with his wife, his job, and his involvement in his community (i.e., church). I didn’t just want to help him get physically strong; I wanted him to be a stronger man overall—someone who shows up for himself and the people around him.
I think I was pretty direct, but I wasn’t cruel. I told him that if he wanted real change, he had to put in the work everywhere—not just at the gym. I encouraged him to work on his marriage, improve his communication with his wife, and be more present at church and in his job. He was receptive, but he definitely seemed uncomfortable in the beginning. After a week or so, he came back to me to say thank you for speaking into his life- and that he’s already noticed changes in his marriage!
Now, here’s where the issue comes in: My business partner (let’s call him “John”) thinks I was too harsh. He says that as a coach, I’m supposed to just accept the money and help clients meet their fitness goals without trying to “reshape” them as people. He believes I went overboard by holding Tom accountable in areas of his personal life, telling him to do better in his marriage or job, etc. John thinks I should just focus on the workouts and not cross that line.
I honestly don’t think I did anything wrong. I’m still helping Tom with his fitness goals, but I also think that if someone is paying me to help them become a better person, I can’t ignore the fact that the best results will come when they work on themselves holistically.

Hi, I have recently made a stupid mistake by attempting to shoplift some items from a well known clothing and lifestyle store, it was an impulsive and stupid mistake, and obviously I got caught. I was then detained in the back room, where the security person took my photograph, details and address, said they would contact police but then said they cancelled and said there will be a fine coming in the post with a court date. The manager said to press charges. They also said I will be liable to pay for the total losses including security and staff wages during the time I was detained. I think the total value of items I had attempted to take away was around £180. Then they let me go. I realise this was an incredibly stupid mistake as soon as I was at the door but it was obviously too late, and now I’m full of regrets and extremely embarrassed at my stupid mistake.
I am an international student on a visa and very scared that I will be deported. I am also due to fly back to my home country tomorrow for 2 weeks and scared that I will not be able to receive and respond to any letters when they send it out. Will I be arrested when I return to England to complete my studies? Or will they arrest me at the airport tomorrow? Will the police come to the university to look for me? Will this go on a permanent criminal record?
Please could someone with experience in dealing with this offence help with some advice and guidance as to what will happen next? I am very regretful and honestly wasn’t thinking straight, and now also very afraid of being arrested at the airport and not allowed to go home.
