Hello everyone!
I have had a Redmi Note 9 Pro for the past 4 years, and I am looking to getting a new Xiaomi phone. Having a pretty good camera is an absolute must have for my next phone, as I use it a lot for photography and video.
What would be the best budget Xiaomi phone with a good camera at the moment? I've been looking at the Redmi Note 13 Pro, but now with the release of the Note 14 Pro I'm more confused :')
Budget would mean something around 350€/370USD max.

I paused for a moment to catch my breath—the vapors from my lungs crystallizing the instant they touched the frigid, forest air.
Had I put enough distance between myself and it?
Intently, I pressed my ears to the wind—scanning for any wisp of pursuit carrying through the trees.
Silence.
Insulated by the thick flakes falling from the shrouded, pitch-dark sky, I grasped my hammering chest—willing my heart to slow for fear that it might betray my position.
And as the flow of blood slowed, I appreciated then just how cold the icy gusts came—slashing through my thin, cotton shirt as knives.
There’d been no time to grab a coat.
There’d been no time even to put on shoes.
Red stained the snow surrounding my numbing feet—torn and bloodied from stomping on the twigs and rocks hidden beneath the blanket of white.
But I was lucky…
Mangled, frozen feet were trivial compared to what it had done to the others…
Had anyone else survived?
Their confused, terrified faces flashed before my eyes—the sounds of flesh being ripped from bone returned to my ears.
The screaming.
The terrible screaming.
Why us?
Had it knocked on other doors?
Were we the only ones stupid enough to let it in?
It’d seemed so innocent…
Three, gentle raps on the door announced its arrival.
On the porch of the cabin, we found a young girl—maybe ten-years-old—staring at the floor and attired entirely incorrectly for winter—her dress and shoes better suited for Sunday Mass.
“Are you lost?” we naively asked.
“Do you need help?” we foolishly persisted.
She never looked up—she never answered our questions. Instead, she merely asked us one in return.
“May I come in?”
“Of course!” we so kindly agreed.
How could we leave a child out in a blizzard? Besides we were six adults—she was one little girl.
What was the danger?
It wasn’t until she’d made her way across the living room and stood in front of the fire that she finally raised her head. And into the flames she spoke the words…
“Thank you.”
Before turning around to show us her face.
It was not a child.
It was not human.
Its eyes were black pits of malice, and its teeth were daggers of hunger. We watched in horror as its body elongated—stretching ‘til its head nearly brushed the ceiling. Claws formed on its fingertips, and then…
It tore them to pieces…
I was nearest the door and managed to fling myself outside before it could grab me—I took off into woods without a backwards glance. Not stopping until my lungs were about to burst—not stopping until the pain in my feet was unbearable.
And standing, frozen, amongst the creaking, barren trees, I suppressed tears of fear—praying that it had not followed me.
But then, I caught a hint of movement from the corner of my eye.
And a girlish giggle crept through the air.

I am playing through Dragonflight. I don't mean the obvious rl references and jokes.
All quest characters, no matter their race or background are very polite, considerate and think like modern humans with modern problems. They are all reasonable and smart.
Multiple side quest chains are based around two characters who are bickering, but then come through together and suddenly understand each other.
They all have rich and detailed culture and history, but all talk the same, act the same and behave like rl people with first world problems.
Savage looking Centaur who are still in their tribal, hunter-gatherer phase, have a society that is more advanced than a utopia. Dragonkin who are hundreds and thousands of years old having teen issues. Furbolg, tuskar and tauren are there just to suffer as always lol.

I feel that I constantly need to be moving from company to company to get a raise or a promotion and while that was fun and exciting when I was younger, I’m getting tired of it now.
I had been working at a company for 2.5 years and quit 5 months ago. I worked really hard in that job. I was often pulling plenty of over time, they gave me plenty of responsibilities and until the very end, I was the only person operating on my team.
They had never given me a raise that was more than 3% and when I tried to go after an internal opportunity, I found out my boss attempted to block that promotion as I was the only person on the team that I was in.
Naturally I left. Not only have I gotten that promotion that I was searching for, but I make 25% more than I did at the last company.
This isn’t the only time I’ve done this. Actually my entire twenties after university, I job hopped three times. Each time making significantly more money and getting a promotion.
Now in my thirties, I find this frustrating. While I get leaving a job because it’s toxic or doesn’t fit your needs, why do you have to leave a job to get a promotion or a raise?
It’s like constantly breaking up with a partner rather than trying to make things work together. Why not just negotiate with the employee? Why not promote someone who deserves it?
If random strangers at a different company can hire me for a role that’s above my current job title, why couldn’t the current company do so too?

One of my (15F) best friend (16F) is dating a 23-year-old guy. I know - huge red flag. I only found out today, and I’m honestly freaking out.
To make it worse, this guy is friends with her ex, and based on the stuff she’s said or the texts she mentioned getting, it’s super clear that he and her ex are working together to mess with her.
For example, she’ll put her phone down to study (we’re in the middle of a super important school year where we have to pass), and he’ll text her stuff like, “Why aren’t you talking to me? Don’t you like me anymore?” She’s literally just revising, and this guy can’t handle not being the center of attention. Then he’ll turn around and lovebomb her.
It’s just red flag after red flag, but she’s too caught up to see it. My other best friend (15F) and I are trying to talk some sense into her, but all she ever says is, “But I love him! I’ll miss him! I’ll never get over him!”
The only good thing is that she hasn’t told him any personal stuff or sent nudes he could use to blackmail her. So, in theory, it should be easier for her to walk away from this disaster of a "relationship."
I don’t want to see her ruin her exams over this creep, and who knows - what if this turns into one of those situations where he starts isolating her from her family and friends? (Okay, maybe I’m overthinking, but that's how it starts)
Please, if you have advice, I need it. I want to help her before it gets any worse.

I saw a new GP today (although I rarely see the same one) to discuss my current flare and was a bit disappointed by his response. He went through all the physical things he needed to, asked me about blood in the stool, weight loss etc. He checked my stomach and then spoke about keeping a food diary (which I am). He said the probiotic should take 4-6 weeks to work if it does work. He also suggested the usual Buscopan and Loperamide for cramping and diarrhoea (it wouldn't make any difference to me as cramping is very short and sudden before I do have diarrhoea). He mentioned FODMAPs and said I'd need to be committed to it for at least 3-4 months(??) and also mentioned Amitriplyline being a possible help for IBS-D.
He's given me some specimin pots for 3 stool sample collections and I've booked in for a blood test nearly 3 weeks from now.
I know I should have mentioned it myself but I was a bit overwhelmed, I'm just surprised he didn't once ask about my mental health. He thinks it's an IBS flare despite the fact that I've never had a colonoscopy. I don't have an issue with the tests he's ordered as I appreciate they are the frontline in terms of diagnosis but given that it's a gut-brain disorder I'm genuinely surprised he chose to act on the physical causes. I get GPs are overworked and under a lot of pressure but are most doctors like this? Has anyone come across a doctor who looks at things more holistically? Tests aside this guy did not tell me anything I hadn't already read about myself.

I'm nearly done with mining amethyst darts to 99 mining, and I have ~400k zulrah scales with more on the way. So I think I'm in a weird position where supply costs aren't a big deal for blowpiping.
With that in mind, where is it useful? Right now I'm thinking hydra since it's a little stronger than bowfa (which I also have). I'll probably also use it at tormented demons once their defence hits zero, and ofc Inferno, ToB, and ToA, as well as just speccing stuff for hp. Are those good ideas, and where else is it useful? Thanks :)
