So we met at 17/18 and dated for 2.5 years.
The first 6 months were great (honeymoon phase I suspect) no arguing, disagreements and sex often.
After 6 months it kind of dropped off, sex a lot less, a lot more pointless arguments etc etc.
I probably overworked a bit and didn't see her as often as I should have. When I'd had a bit much alcohol on nights out with friends I was rude and cheeky to her a lot, told her near the end I was working on it and now know its something I need to work on.
She was also quite a rude and impatient person. She would moan at the littlest of things and was always huffy and grumpy at things I couldn't do anything about (eg an uber driver cancelled our trip whilst were waiting outside a pub or something, shed get all moany at me). This was a change from when we first met, she was almost scared to disappoint me and we got on well but that changed a lot over time.
The Biggy for me was the sex, not that its the only important thing but I was 18/19 years old and the sex was once a week sometimes not even that. At such a young age I always felt in a relationship it should be more and I see it as quite important. She wouldn't let me try new stuff and rarely initiated it, compared to the first 6 months where she seemed eager and the sex was brilliant she put in a lot of effort (Virgin before meeting me btw).
She ended things around 6 weeks ago due to her losing feelings and I keep playing back old times thinking, if I done this or if I done that, if I didn't start an argument every time i got drunk, if she didn't speak to me so rudely and disrespectfully maybe i wouldn't have started the argument etc etc.
I still am in love with her, she's the best looking girl I've been with and probably will ever be with.
Just need a second opinion on if we were meant to be, is it hard to get with someone at 17 and last as you are both still changing?
Can't help but feel regret about how I should have tried to treat her better and not worked as much, but then again I did treat her well majority of the time whilst she was often rude and condescending.
My first time in a serious relationship and in love, cant help but think I may have lost something good and there's so much more I could have done and chose not to...

 | My boyfriend (M29) has had these rashes on and off since 2022. They started a while after the birth of our first baby, but I'm not sure if that is relevant. They look like small yellow/red bumps. They itch a lot and sometimes ooze fluid. They look very red and painful, and if he succumbs to the itch they burn and eventually spread. They generally appear on the knuckles and elbows, and if left untreated become big sores (like the last picture). Intensive treatment with iodine and hydrocortisone helps, but it springs right back when he stops. These days he is spending a lot of time trying to manage them, using a lot of moisturizers and even diapercream (Inotyol) and receives some relief, but it does not help in the long run. He has been to the doctor several times, but every time is prescribed a hydrocortisone treatment and while it helps for the duration of the treatment, it springs right back and the skin is left thin and will bleed easily. He has been offered to do a topical allergy test, but has not yet. (Nor does he think it will help...) Does anyone have any advice? The situation is quite desperate at this point and he feels hopeless. Can it be a food allergy? I have suggested keeping a food diary to see if there is any correlation but he believes it is not relevant as there is no history of food allergies in the family. But is it true that an allergy can appear at any time? We have considered the increased frequency of hand-washing having had babies, and we switched out soap with hand-wash oil. Title says it all. Booked a biz card rate for Jazz Fest in April. No surprise, rate details disclose the hotel wants a deposit of $427. What was a surprise was when the entire stay was charged to my card. I’ve never experienced this issue with Marriott and so I called customer service. After some back and forth the agent said she’d put in a note to the web team. Cool… but I’ve still got this unresolved issue with being charged like a prepay on a non-prepay rate.
Thoughts?

Hi all! I’ve been having an interesting experience during my self reiki and I’m wondering if anyone can help shed some light on what’s happening.
For background: I had received my reiki I attunement in 2023 and have started practicing daily self treatments each morning now that I have my life together. I am taking reiki II at the beginning of March.
I start with three positions on my head and work down my body from there. Generally by the time I get to my heart or solar plexus my third eye begins feeling heavy. I try to be aware of it, to ‘open’ it, and I’ve gone back and given it a second treatment but it doesn’t really change. It doesn’t linger very long after treatment but the feeling repeats each time.
Has anyone experienced this before with any chakras or have any thoughts about what it may be indicating? I feel like it may just be a blockage that I need to continue working on, just curious to hear your thoughts.

There are a lot of questions about salvation and sin. I thought I would share my perspective, one that blends teachings from Paul, John, James, and Matthew.
In terms of salvation, your sins are forgiven when you give your life to Jesus and make Him your Savior, your Lord (Romans 10:9-10). God sees you as clean because of Jesus’ blood (Hebrews 9:14). Think of the Passover, but it’s Jesus’ blood on the doorframe of your heart (1 Corinthians 5:7).
Just as in Rosh Hashanah, your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life because Jesus was the Lamb of God (Revelation 13:8; John 1:29). Your name is never removed (John 10:28-29). The Holy Spirit marks you with a seal, as Paul wrote (Ephesians 1:13-14; 2 Corinthians 1:22).
But when we sin, we do what Adam and Eve did: hide from God (Genesis 3:8-10). We create distance out of shame, yet God never leaves us (Psalm 139:7-10; Hebrews 13:5). We try to hide and protect our sins (Proverbs 28:13). And over time, this changes our focus (James 1:14-15). Instead of focusing on serving and loving God by serving and loving others (Matthew 22:37-39), we begin to serve and love our sin (Romans 6:16; Matthew 6:24).
God then calls us by name and restores our trust in Him (Isaiah 43:1-2; John 21:15-17). Repentance brings us back from behind the bush and corrects our focus (Acts 3:19; 1 John 1:9). Jesus has already forgiven our sins in terms of salvation (Romans 8:1; Hebrews 10:17), but we need to clear the air between us (Psalm 32:3-5). Otherwise, our focus will be wrong, and we won’t be expanding the Kingdom (Matthew 6:33; John 15:4-5).
So sins impact God utilizing us in the Kingdom (2 Timothy 2:20-21) but they don’t affect God seeing us as pure through Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 10:14). The sins don’t take us entirely out of the Kingdom (Romans 11:29; Philippians 1:6).
