Hi All,
As the title said, I'm due for 4 fillings to be replaced, and the quote includes 4 line items for D9910: "Application of desensitizing medicament" one per tooth. These are not covered by my Dental PPO plan (which covers everything else @ 80%)
I read online that D9910 should be charged "per visit" and not "per tooth". Is this accurate? I'm ready to call the office and push back, but I figured I'd check first with others.

Hey everyone,
My 18mo has been allergic to eggs for a while, and this week we started a gluten-free diet under medical guidance. He loves bread, but we’re struggling to find a homemade recipe he enjoys.
I’ve tried a gluten-free recipe with these ingredients: Water; Gluten-free flour; Tapioca starch; Olive oil; Salt and Yeast
Unfortunately, he didn’t like it. While he eats some branded gluten-free breads, I’m not comfortable with the ingredients in most of them and would prefer to make something homemade.
Does anyone have a kid approved recipe for gluten-free and egg-free bread that’s soft and tasty?

This warrior tried to snag a chest from me after I cleared the camp (had a scary amount of chain pulls and used every cd while he was doing other stuff). All that was left was 1 Wastewander Rogue so I waited in stealth for him to go for the chest and pull the rogue. When he pulled the rogue I started opening the chest and he said "looser" so I replied, of course with an "lol". He followed it up with "karma my man".
Wasn't able to loot the chest due to entering combat with the rogue he was fighting, so we both fought to open the chest before the other and all of a sudden Caliph Scorpidsting spawned with his 2 Wastewander Rogue adds. He books it and so did I, using sprint. I come back to the chest and see him in the distance. I attempt to go for the chest thinking I'm far enough away from Caliph and his boys to get me. Of course everything in or around that camp was leashed to the chest and they came running at me. Popping all my cd's that had came back up I cleaved them all down, barely surving with the warrior coming in at the last second (not sure if he was trying to help or to get out of combat?).
I think we're friends now :)

Lets be real, this game is almost dead and day after day it keeps loosing whatever little player base it already has (my friend and I uninstalled it yesterday).
Now my friend and I really love it and enjoy playing PvE a lot, in fact we had more than 600 hours on Steam, and we bought it on release day on Epic.
However since the last update, we have been forced to choose TWO servers when searching for games, the problem is that we live in the middle east and we usually join European servers with a ping around 60, but now we had to chose another server, the nearest one is US servers with a ping more than 150 and since then we kept getting into US servers even though it's an unpleasant experience given how much we were lagging in game, so ultimately we got sick of it and uninstalled it.
so my suggestion is that if you can make the PvE mode peer-to-peer similar to Warframe where the squad leader hosts the server which also provide the option to play in a squad of 2 then that would be great.
I know you made us pick two servers to make it easier to find a game due to the low player count, but honestly this broke just the camel's back for me, and I just gave up on it.
