My business that I sold in December 2022 on an installment agreement has been reneged on and the new owners refuse to pay. The contract ended in December 2024 and there is still over R160k owing. I have absolutely no money to deal with this legally, how do I proceed?

As the title stated, I sold my business and the new owners have managed to only pay off over 50% but have struggled to pay anything more after that and only made a payment of R5000 last year.
The contract we signed states the following:
- I retain 50% of the shares until the full completion of payment of the business and I have the right to take back the other 50% share if they fail to make full payment.
- If they reneged upon any monthly payment I am to give them a 10 day warning of breach of contract and if they cannot amend this I have the right within my means to take back the business completely.
Please if anyone knows how to deal with this I'd be so grateful. I know I sound like an idiot from the way I have let this situation unfold but my parents have urged me to patient as the new owners have continuously made these empty commitments to "pay x by x date" but now my patience is finished when these people scream at me that I'm a brat and a child that doesn't understand life (I'm in my 20's) when I warn them I have to deal with this legally.
As of this moment - they have agreed to pay R70k by the middle of the year and the new owner put it in writing that he would do so. But I'm gatvol of these people and I don't believe he will honour that promise. Our original contract ended at the end of last year and I'm afraid if I leave it too long it will become null and void.

This is my 2nd Fusion that the transmission has went out in. The first one, I was a teenager and considered oil changes optional ☠️. My next one, 2019 SE, has been taken care of extremely well (because I had to foot the bill this time around). Back in 2022 I hit a deer costing over $10,000 in damage, but insurance didn’t see it as a total loss. Since then, the car has dramatically gone down hill and Ford is now telling me I need an entire new transmission. They gave me a price of just over $7000 to fix it…. I only owe $8000. What should I do? Sell as is? If I did that, what would I be able to get out of it?
It does drive fine, it occasionally seems to lag when shifting. Specifically on cruise control. We are getting a 2nd opinion…. But I’m prepared for the same answer.

Recovery has been going well, was off pain killer since day 4. Often when I take my Pilot through the car wash the hanging rags will hit the rear wiper, so it flips up and stays that way for the rest of the wash. I'm worried that it will eventually get torn right off. Do others have this problem?
Other than avoiding automatic carwashes all together, is there any way to prevent this?
I am aware that automatic washes are not great for cars in general.

Jeg står i den situation at min kæreste natten til lørdag fortalte mig at hun var usikker på om hun "følte nok" for mig. Hun har tendens til at overtænke på et andet niveau og kan også godt komme til at leve meget efter "hvad nu hvis".
Vi sad og snakkede hele lørdag, hvor jeg bad hende om at skrive til mig, når hun havde fundet ud af hvad hun ville - ergo at hun skulle gå. Vi endte med at snakke om det hele dagen, så hun blev og overnattede og kaldte mig stadig skat og ville holde om mig (hun opsøgte mig meget). Der var også på et tidspunkt, hvor hun faktisk kyssede mig, hvor jeg blev vildt forvirret og spurgte hende hvorfor hun stadig havde lyst til det, hvis hun troede, hun ikke elskede mig nok til at være sammen med mig. Hertil svarede hun at hun jo stadig elskede mig og havde lyst til at kysse mig, hun er bare forvirret og kan ikke finde ud af om det er "nok" til at fortsætte.
Hele det her udspillede sig, fordi hun begyndte til psykolog i sidste uge grundet at hun følte det begrænsede hende, fordi hun tænkte meget over, at vi var to piger og var bange for hvad andre tænkte. Så naturligt begyndte hun at overtænke de spørgsmål psykologen stillede hende, og om hun nu havde svaret "rigtigt" - Hun var bange for om psykologen ville ende med at spørge hende om hun overhovedet var til piger.
Grundet den her situation skrev hun til mig i mandags, at hun havde ringet ind til psykologen og fået en tidligere tid, for at finde ud af om det var reelle tanker og følelser eller om det var hendes hovede der spillede hende et puds.
Nu her på fjerde dagen overvejer jeg selv at afslutte det. For selvom jeg synes, "hvis du er i tvivl, er du ikke i tvivl", ikke heeelt gælder i denne situation pga overtænkningstendensen, så er jeg alligevel begyndt at være sådan "hvis du stadig er i tvivl, så...", for det virker uoverskueligt at skulle vente umiddelbart 6 dage endnu, fordi hun skal have styr på sine tanker fra psykologen.
Så hvad gør jeg? Skal jeg holde ud og vente en uge endnu, eller skal jeg selv afslutte det for ikke at gå i uvished mere?

The inauguration and all the people associated with it make me so very very very very very angry. I do not want to hate, I really don't. But I am struggling so hard to control the rage and disgust and pure detestation for people like Trump and Elon. I know I'm supposed to pray for them but when I try the words run dry. Perhaps the words, "forgive them Father even though they know what they do" would work but I don't know. Best I can usually get out is a prayer that whatever lesson we are being taught will harm as few people as possible.
