We got a 3 year old Jindo this past summer from a rescue. I honestly didn't know much about them when we got her, and we're learning. She's a great dog, great temperament, definitely independently minded, and very cute!
She loves, loves the cold weather, and wants to go outside first thing in the morning and spend 90% of the day out there. Often she is just sleeping, but she will also romp or prowl around.
This morning it is 11 degrees, she hesitated to go outside but finally did, and went out to our back fence and curled up on the ground to sleep, which I find amazing. I checked on her about a half hour later and she was burrowing into a bush, I am assuming to try to get a little warmer. I called her to come inside but she wouldn't.
Is this... ok? I understand they are adapted to the cold and have a thick double coat but it's pretty cold out there.

Nous attendons notre premier enfant et comme beaucoup de futurs parents nous sommes un peu perdus face au choix de la poussette. Nous avons une préférence pour la Cyber Balios S Lux qui semble avoir de bons avis mais son poids de 11kg me semble assez lourd (femme avec un petit gabarit). Qu’en pensez-vous ?

2025.01.22 12:42 Fit-Conference-5363 Erie Canal sheet music written in F. What harmonica should I buy?
I play folk music for 100 third graders for an hour every week. Sometimes guitar, sometimes mandolin, sometimes ukulele. Erie Canal is their favorite song. The version I use is written in F. But as you may know, the song has three different sections. First section (I've got a mule) starts off with Dm chord. Second section (we've hauled some barges) starts off with Am chord. Final section (low bridge) starts with F chord. So what key harmonica should I use? I have never understood why a song written in key of F doesn't just fit with an F harmonica, which is why I need your help. Thanks.

This is the thing that makes sso not fun to play for me so I'm curious if anyone has the same thoughts 😇
The horse mood system and our horses being 50% slower when sad is the biggest reason I don't play as often I would like to. University is taking a lot of my time so I don't have chance go play everyday and keep horses happy but also when I do have the time I really get just bored playing with such a slow motion all the time. I can't get it off my mind and it's really annoying when training horses (which is the only thing I do in sso since I got no quests anymore). Also, about the 50%. That feels like a brutal amount to slower our horses. I once trained with a friend whose horse was half slower. Mine was feeling normal. That's when I really saw the difference and it felt huge.
Then of course, there's stable care. I don't want to spend so much sc to always buy it because that also would feel like a waste when I can't play everyday anyways. I know there is those craftables in Valedale for better horse mood but it's still a lot of work and only for a one horse. I am also thankful for the stable care coupons we got from Trailblazer but personally I don't think that's a way to solve this. In the end it's just a one week.
I always think about how nice it would be if our horses speed was just normal at all times but when happy they would get faster some amount %. Then people would still be able to get the speed advantage when they care for their horses but at the same time the game wouldn't be so slow to others. I get it really that this system is made up so we can spend sc and sso would get more money but does everything have to be about it? 🙃 I would love to just enjoy the game and be able to pick any of my horses and not just the one which might be on a better mood and not move like a slug.

2025.01.22 12:42 hjf2014 Replacement stylus for a Shure M55 cart
I have my dad's old Akai AP-206C turntable. He had it with a Shure M55e cartridge. Since that cart was lost, I bought an AT-VM95SH cart while in Japan and it works fine. I have it mounted in the original headshell.
Recently the M55 appeared in a drawer. I'm gonna get a new headshell so I can have both mounted and ready to swap. But I'm wondering about the stylus.
I remember this cart had a yellow stylus, and it said SHURE. I think when i was a kid i broke the stylus and we replaced it with some random stylus. This one doesn't say SHURE, and it's blue in color. I have no idea what type of stylus this is - except when looking at it with a 20x loupe, the AT stylus is much narrower. This one looks kinda like the tip of a nail. It does sound.. ok i guess?
I see replacement styli online for the M55 that are yellow in color and from the photo for around $50.
Is it worth having two headshells ready to swap, with a vintage cart and a modern one? Should I just keep the M55 as decoration? Should I keep the M55 and ditch the VM95?
