Hello all, my v40 has come up with an issue with it's VVT gear. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how much did it cost for you to replace it. I am weighing up if it's worth keeping the car going or just to scrap it at this point. I appreciate all replies.

This guy was my first love, we started dating grade 10. I'm in university now. We were extremely spiritually connected. We had deep conversations that no one I knew could understand. He struggled with his mental health pretty seriously and summer of grade 11 he broke up with me because he wanted to be single and felt like his mental health struggles were too much. We had issues because he was really flirty and always had a new female friend to text. After we broke up, he hooked up with one of those girls 2 days later.
I trusted when he said no feelings were involved with any of those girls and this really felt like I didn't truly know him. We talked again, he apologized and felt like he made a huge mistake, and he wanted to gain my trust and get back together. We slept together a few times fall grade 12, but before New Year's Eve he made a comment about one of our friends boobs and I was done. I told him we shouldn't talk anymore, and he said he wants to marry me one day. I thought maybe we could get to a point where I could say hi at parties, but not get back together.
I also knew he was hanging out with one of my best friends a lot, but I wasn't worried because I trusted her. But then she kept asking me what it felt like to be in love, and then she started texting and giggling a lot in class and wearing skirts instead of sweatpants which I knew he liked, and I started to get suspicious in the winter of grade 12 (btw he dropped out of school for grade 12 so he wasn't there all the time). Eventually she asked me how I would feel if they dated, and I told her it was all this so fresh I would be really hurt. She was upset that I was holding her back from love, but she said she wouldn't do anything because she didn't want to hurt me. In the spring, I found out they kissed on New Year's Eve and were fully dating.
I found this all so hurtful, especially because of how many times they both reassured me nothing was going on. One of the hardest parts is that all my other best friends and larger friend group had no problem with it. My ride or die bestie still hangs out with her and gives her relationship advice.
Also, importantly, I screwed up and kissed his friend in the fall after we broke up. I hung out with him 3 times over the grade 12 school year and we made out, including on prom night where my ex and his new girlfriend came as a couple.
The whole thing makes me feel crazy. Am I the asshole for wishing my other best friends stopped talking to the girl who used to be one of my best friends? Especially when I did kiss one of his friends too. I just think making out is so different from dating, and I never would have done it if he didn't hook up with that other girl we knew 2 days after we broke up. My friends ask why should I make them hold back their love. But isn't it common sense to not date your friends ex (especially first love, intense breakup, and I still wasn't over it!!!) ??

Is it just me or would I expect the app to double the weight/reps when it has you do single leg/arm exercises. The app behaves like you’re only doing one arm or leg for the set (gives you credit for 12 reps plus 12*weight for the total pounds lifted. Shouldn’t it double? I’d assume most people do the reps twice (for both arms/legs) each set.

 | I currently have these example tables. It's about jobs carried out by employees for parks. Each gardening job will have an employee carrying out a sub-job that details how the time is split/spent. Each job will have a park that it is carried out on. Each park will have its own contract agreement it belongs to and each contract will have an overall project it belongs to. However, what if i want slicers on the report page to show me the employees or parks that belongs to a project? Trouble is, it's not just "Contracts" that belongs to a project. Everything here can belong to a project. Also, if I have multiple slicers on the page such as ProjectName, EmployeeName... the EmployeeName slicer will show every employee for every project despite me narrowing down to 1 project chosen in the ProjectName slicer. How do you normally go about this? Making an active relationship between ProjectTable and any other dimension table results in a ambiguous path error.
