4/5 questions I post here are not allowed because they are “open ended” but when I go to askreddit they are also not allowed because they are not “open ended.” I’m impressed that anyone is able to get a post cleared.

I know that the reason why the show hasn't included more iconic music tracks from the games is due to licensing issues within the music industry itself, but I was thinking about the Silent Hill movie (for there is only one movie lol) and how it's score made heavy use of music from the games. Am I correct in assuming that the reason is because Akira Yamaoka has been the primary composer of that series, whereas with Castlevania, not only has there been several different composers over the years, but also a lot of the most popular songs have been re-arranged across various games, again, by different composers?

So in 2022, someone was changing lanes and the lightly scratched my car (live in Ontario btw), and they were in a rental vehicle. The damage to my vehicle was small, (scratched light), and they agreed to just pay me directly vs going through the company insurance that they rented the vehicle from.
I produced them quotes from repair shops and it came to $2,100, and they agreed to pay me for it. I have text messages that show me sending the estimates and them agreeing to pay and I also have the transaction record of the E-Transfer they sent to me.
Fast forward to today, I am trying to switch insurance companies as I am moving to a new address, and my premium has gone up substantially because they said there is an accident on file from 2022, in which I didn’t report it, but the other party (the rental company) did, and I was found to be 100% at fault.
What are my options here? The incident happened April 8, 2022, and I have text messages as proof from April 11, 2022, in which the people who were renting the car are agreeing to pay me for the damages and I also have the record of the bank transaction showing the transfer with their names on the transfer as well.
Any advice is appreciated greatly! Thanks!
