When I went back to work I started exclusively pumping (I low-key regret my decision). Mostly because my baby wasn't latching well and overall does sooooo much better with a bottle. Hi all! I am very new to bags. My first taste has been PLG which I really like and can see myself using day to day.
But, now I'm interested in learning about more brands - luxury as well as other ranges. I have seen suuuuuper cute examples, searched them, and am getting some idea but I would like to amalgamate some individual opinions.
I'm also learning a lot more about materials, construction, and style. I don't really know where I fall but I am not in any hurry to cast myself into any specific categories yet.
It seems quality bags are pretty timeless and if you care for them they'll stay that way. I already have a set of purse hangars coming in the mail and a whole closet to devote.... 😈
For years I carried the Ohio Brooklyn tablet purse/bag (it's really a messenger style, made of canvas), but they stopped making them and I really always had the same bag. I have it in two colors as has been the case for about 15 years!
Tell me how you got here, who was your first (handbag) love, what have you learned? Which brands are unambiguously the best and worst? Most expensive but worth it? Or not worth it?
And what sources can I look to that aren't necessarily influencers?
And, the more pics the better. I have included an example of how I got started. I saw a bag and thought of this combo in my closet and went for it.

This is embarassing to admit to but my libido is really high and it's causing issues for my relationship. I've looked online but all I can find is advice for men.
We do a lot of what I call "quickies" (5 minutes) whereas I like longer play sessions and just getting started when he finishes. I'm getting so angry and frustrated that he'll sext me all day about the fun and extensive things we'll do that evening and I get so excited but then it's just a quickie without foreplay/barely foreplay for me.
I feel like such a horndog all the time and wondering if my expectations are just unrealistic? I'm not looking to end the relationship. Things are great otherwise, but I want to decrease my libido some. For context I'm 40 and he's 35. 🤦🏼♀️
