—The lack of public outrage is not suprising. San Leandro’s chronic apathy has reached a critical stage in recent years.
—During the previous election cycle, two councilmembers ran unopposed. In addition, four school boardmembers did the same. Shockingly, two of the four were open school board seats in which the candidate walked into office simply because nobody else cared to run.

I recently got into my local team, played my first match and got placed as RB by the coach
I’m used to playing a 3 or 5 aside and I can easily focus on the opponents and know my options and what to do with the ball once I get ahold of it
But when I played an 11 aside I struggled to focus on my options and opponents because there’s just so many people moving and so many things happening
My RW and GK kept telling me to stretch out and get back so I went and focused on marking the opponent RW, but when I did they kept telling me to go and pressure the person with the ball, who’s at the center
I had no idea what to do and could barely send out a basic pass even though my skills with the ball are decent at worst, how do I improve on this?

Hey I have a request to install one receptacle and a few lights into a seacan, simple enough right? However I found an article where they were saying that these were "relocatable structures" and therefore could not have a proper underground supply without the structure being permanently mounted, ie not just sitting on the ground. I am not sure what this mounting would entail, but I am trying to inquire as to whether there is an easier way by going overhead? Or if this is a relocatable structure, maybe an extra hard usage cable and plug it in like any temporary appliance. Has anyone ever come across this before? We are in British Columbia Canada so CEC... thx :)

Hi! I have a wirehaired miniature dachshund. He is now about 15/16 months, and full of energy. How much exercise should he have, approximately, or what schedules are you recommending?
We currently go on four walks a day. Three short ones for potty (morning, afternoon, and evening) about 15 min. And one longer walk midday for 30-50 min. This seems a lot from what I’ve read about recommended exercise for this breed, but he is so full of energy when I have tried to walk him less he is climbing the walls at home 😅 Also we have a small outdoor area, but he only relieves himself properly after walking a bit. And even with these walks, as well as a playtime (nose play) in the afternoon/early evening, he sleeps only a little bit after each activity and then he is on me constantly wanting to play/attention, etc (I work from home with him).
And it is so hard, because I never feel like I do enough, and at the same time worry that I do too much? This is my first dachshund, I would really appreciate some input! Was your doxie as "demanding" when they were this age?
Also: he does not have free access to his toys, only for a little bit after a walk and during playtime. If there is a toy in sight he cannot seem to settle. Include a photo as tax 😊
