So I’ve been back on EV for two weeks and don’t remember having this low energy before. I wanted to know if maybe it’s because I was on both progesterone and estradiol before. My doctor mentioned she was going to add progesterone at 6 months but since I was already on it for three times before for 6 months one time 3 months another and 2 another time, should I really need to wait medically?

I'm frustrated with the support of this company. I understand the delays, considering the size of the company and the timing of my support ticket (just before the holidays), but my issue is that I kept receiving automated replies and when I actually get a person to answer my ticket, they copy-paste a response without actually reading the ticket.
So here is my issue, and you tell me if I am right or wrong to be frustrated. I made an order on 21/8/2024, which arrived on 18/11/2024. Since it was meant as a gift, and with the delays mentioned on their website and social medias, I opted to make the order well in advance, to play it safe. It was opened on 20/12/2024, cause that's the date that it was meant to be opened since it was a gift. Upon opening it, it was made clear that it isn't a wireless keyboard as we initially thought and immediately made a ticket to return it.
So to recap, after waiting 3 months for the keyboard to arrive, it was opened just 2 days outside of the 30-day return window, hasn't been used once, not even connected to a device and have been trying since to return it while getting the same automated and copy-paste responses. By the way, it even mentions on their website "we will typically allow the item to be returned for a refund even if it's a little beyond the 30-day window". Is 2 days that far off the 30-day window?
In case, they don't take it back, if someone wants to buy it (with a wrist rest), let me know cause right now it is a glorified paper weight.
