Medical Field/Hospital in the USA.
So, I applied for a job elsewhere and was basically told I'd get an offer in 2 weeks. Well, I didn't get a job because I make too much.
Not sure what else to say. I aced the interview and I was the most capable, experienced, and competent person they interviewed.
I was told they could make an offer in 2 weeks. That basically turned into, dear God this guy makes way more than we are open to.
However, i wrote down my minimium salary requirement (which is on the high end of their listed range but still there).
I guess, with everything being in the open prior to the interview.... Why waste my time with an interview?
Regardless, of that. I told another interview i had an offer and turned their interview down the day of..
Primary reasons are: They require a certificate within 6 months I'm not sure I can obtain in that time-frame. I'm still working on my application as it was found deficient (i sent transcripts but they want it direct from my school...)
Afterwards test dates are at least 5 weeks out. If I mess up and don't pass the first time, I have to wait 6 months for attempt 2.
So, I'm thinking i call the employer and explain my situation and see if they'll have mercy on me?
Just to add the certification is required by the employer but not a government requirement in the slightest

Todo ano é a mesma coisa aqui na região de Campo Grande, o mês de Janeiro chega com esse calor premium extra plus, e a água desaparece!
Só que esse ano tá impossível, tá demais! É muito calor e a água não chega nunca! Não tem nenhum comunicado da fornecedora de água, nenhuma notícia, nada!
Carioca é castigado até quando quer beber uma água.

I am now interested in following the career ambassador track and plan on taking the exam either in October or next February to enter into service.  | I had no idea this started as a manga that was adapted..the American was like a laughable copy of a copy and I get why... I'm 15 issues in and gotta say I like the Korean film more.. Is there other films I didn't realize started as manga?? I really enjoyed I am a hero and the fable recently. And thought the manga was waaaay better....but old boy might be an example of someone taking the IDEA and making a better experince with a movie/ live action It feels so rare. Not sure if anyone will be able to help, but I have been looking for an Isekai manga that used to be on webtoon when it first started, it was about a woman who got Isekai'd to Ancient China as a hated Empress, she gets a cooking familiar kinda creature and abilities that make her food magical with game like properties (hp numbers kinda thing). One of the first things she did is make her son, the prince eggs, not knowing what he is allergic to something in the dish (I believe it is eggs he was alergic to). She then has to prove her innocence among other things, and that was all only in the beginning chapters, I have never found the story again, and have no clue what it was called, if anyone else can remember it please let me know, I'd love to finish reading it. It has been quite a few years since I read it so it is probably finished now, or discontinued.

Hello! I was very lucky and managed to get my hands on a VAIO Flip 15 last week for just $50 in near-mint condition, however it didn't come with any recovery discs and there doesn't seem to be any ISO's available online either, not even on archive.org or at the VAIO Library.
Does anyone here happen to have them and would be so kind to upload the ISO's somewhere?
