Hey redditors.
First time traveling internationally and I'm pretty nervous. I'm backpacking with a group led trip for O circuit in March flying Lantam. I only need to bring my clothes and my sleeping bag.
Does everyone who does backpacking check a bag?
I'm wondering if I can just do carry on. I bought two bags that fit the requirements but am having trouble fitting a backpacking backpack into the requirements. My sleeping bag and clothes fit my carry on (travelpro maxlight https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07BWJVXNL?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title)
Does anyone have any recs on a carry on is a backpacking backpack to fit my sleeping bag?
The lantam carryon requirements: Height= 55 cm x Length= 35 cm x Width=25 cm, including pockets, wheels, handle, etc. (21.7 x 13.8 x 9.8 in).
And personal item: Height= 45 cm x Length= 35cm x Width=20 cm, including pockets, wheels, handle, etc. (17.8 x 13.8 x 7.9 in).
Any advice on the matter would be appreciated!

Hello over the last few months I accepted that I believe in God for various reasons but not a specific God necessarily. Due to this I've been exploring a lot of religious ideas but if I'm being honest with myself it is in a very obsessive way. I'm researching for at least 5 hours every day I would say and using Chat GPT as a debate partner when deciding where I stand on certain topics. With religion it's very hard to put it down as if there is a God and there is a certain religion that is true I feel compelled to find it. I feel like I can't control it like other OCD themes I've had in the past. I don't know how to navigate this situation and how to explore religion in a safe way when I have OCD. 2025.01.22 17:06 Due_Independent5107 My ghoster came back and said he was with another girl (my intuition says I know the girl) and after he ghosted me again.
Long story short back in October a guy I was talking to in a different city ghosted me because my ex was harassing the both of us. after he blocked me he never reached out to me or anything.
Then fast forward I went on a trip and on the way back in January, I had a layover in his city so I decided to text his number (I knew it wouldn’t go through but just the feeling of texting him gave me stability). However, surprise surprise the text went through and I immediately deleted it.
He then texted me again asking “sorry, who’s this”. I replied in a snarky way and said “no one, you made that clear” (I’m very proud of this hehe). Turns out since my trip was international my sim hadn’t been running yet and I texted him off my gmail. He started off by apologizing for the initial ghosting and telling me yeah you’re a good girl, I was just going through a lot blah blah.
We kept texting as I missed my flight and had to get a hotel but that’s where shit got weird. He first asked me if I still kept in contact with my ex. After that I asked him if he got with another girl and he said yes I met someone RECENTLY.
Back story: when we were no contact, I had seen this girls TikTok come across my feed and when I checked his following from my fake account there she was again. My intuition said she’s the girl before I even knew he was talking to someone. Mind you this was like in November but he said he met someone recently. However, when I asked him if it’s her he said no but my gut says he’s lying and it is infact her and he also has been talking to her for a while.
Fast forward, I mentioned I was getting food that wasn’t available in my city and he goes “there’s this deal for 2 available” even though he knew I was traveling alone. And after that he knew where I had travelled to and when I asked him how he knew that, he went “I’ve been keeping tabs on you”. And when I said a sentence he said “wow I read that in your voice that’s so weird” he was saying all that while I was in his city.
A day after I’m home and I feel the urge to text him a long paragraph about my feelings because I never got the chance to fully share how much he hurt me and just utter silence. I’ve been ghosted again.
All in all, my friend thought it was because he was horny because we were in the same city despite the odds or maybe because I guessed his girl correctly or maybe he’s just a dick.
I just want to know why he talked so openly then but then just ghosted as soon as I was in my city and things went back to normal?

Idk if im at the right place to ask this, but since this what I use as a computer table, some might know what to do with this table and will help me out :)
So i have a life time table, and the table top is soo beat up already that the surface has been so uneven. I bought this around 2014; so this table is old already. I wanted to reuse the chassis on this table since it’s still pretty good and sturdy. Is it possible to replace this with the same plastic table as what this table is using? I wonder if lifetime has a replacement top table for their products since they’re called “lifetime” lol. Anyways. Also planning on just replacing it with wood but idk what would be the design underneath the wood since the mountings are weird.
I wound if someone has the same plastic table as i am and had replaced the table?
