I love me some Gun spy, funnily enough it was actually fun spy that made me realize I was actually improving at the game as well as games in general - I have not landed a single back stab on any actual players, but I have gunned down overheated soldiers with pockets and gunned down many of the 9 mercs just simply. I use the Cloak&Dagger as well as the spycicle for survivability - I refuse to use the Dead ringer entirely. My gun of choice is stock, I don't use any of the others because they don't help my play style, Yes the Ambassador may be the "GOAT" according to the neon painted spy mains, but I hit more consistent with stock - and I just like stock. But I am curious, What are some of your favorite ways to play Spy?

I’ve been pumping for my twins for 9.5 months, and I’m starting to wean now. I’d like to be done by 10 months, im just tired of doing it 🤷🏻♀️ I’m down to 20min x2 a day and I’m making about 15 oz a day still. It’s so weird to see milk coming out and just… turn the pump off?? At what point should I just stop pumping all together? My pump is a rental and due back 2/15

41M, 5'10" 210 lbs - Fish Oil, Adderall, & Hydroxyzine
I have had some issues with wrist pain for years (felt jammed/push self up with right wrist from floor). I was checked for Carpel Tunnel a little over a year ago and they said it was medium CP, and to wait for now on having surgery until it was more severe. They did tell me to order a brace to sleep in for Carpel Tunnel with a pad under the wrist. Also, I started taking Vitamin D which I read could help, and things got better some. I'd had quite a bit of numbness in mornings when using my mouse and even my phone, where I'd try to shake my hand awake (use a wrist brace for years).
Lately though, I have been waking up with pain/numbness in the night with both hands and up my arm some, not feeling good (Gets better after being up a little while). I've always been a restless sleeper where I roll around a lot and stuff. I do sleep on my side and stomach mostly (feel uncomfortable on my back), where it changes which one and which direction multiple times a night.
Is there anything I can do to stop this numbness/pain in my hands/wrists in the mornings as it does not feel good and makes it hard to get back to sleep?
