Hi all I literally don’t know what to do I can’t keep going on like this but I feel like I have no other option.
I’m waiting for treatment on the NHS (day service, 3 days a week, meals and snacks, group therapy you get the vibe) but they have told me that I’ve moved down the list because my weight has gone up a little and people who “are a higher risk” have come in and get triaged above me. So all I’m reading is I’m not sick enough. Basically now they are saying a MINIMUM of 12 weeks I would also like to note they said 12 weeks about 10 weeks ago so I’m not exactly feeling encouraged that it’s going to be any time soon.
Anywyas the problem is that I’ve been trying to stay “sick enough” for them but it’s not working because I’m so fucking hungry all the time and it’s made me fall into a b/p cycle and I’m literally trapped. I don’t want to do it anymore and I know I don’t have too but how am I supposed to eat what I want too and then obviously this will cause me to gain more weight and then I won’t get fat service treatment as it’s only available to me if I stay at a perticular BMI. :(
It’s so fucking shitty and I hate how eveyone is only ever focused on weight. I also need mental support because as we all know anorexia is a mental disorder and I don’t want to gain weight but still be mentally struggling which is the way I’m going.
I also just feel like a fake as I’ve gained weight since I was first assessed and I hate it, it’s like I physically can’t even restrict anymore because I’m so hungry. It’s hell i feel like I’m stuck in the needing to be sick enough so I can prove that I still need support :(
If anyone has any tips pls help. I’m in the UK and I don’t have the funds for private treatment so I’m rlly not sure what to do.

I have the best pawn shop by my house 😂 I stop in from time to time and they always have profitable deals. Today I stopped in and saw this Zodiac Olympos for 25$. Without asking they dropped the price to 20$ and sold. Borrowed a strap from a timex as the expansion band it had was eating the lugs. It had the original crown but it was so worn it was starting to split so I replaced it with a new waterproof crown and the caseback gasket as well. Plating as a whole is pretty worn and the crystal is covered in crazing spiderwebs but on my timegrapher it has the beat error and amplitude of a freshly serviced watch. Definitely has some gummy reversing wheels as manually winding is stiff but hey, 20$ is 20$.

2025.01.22 19:52 Dtwerky Adrenaline not recognizing some games even after manually adding the exe. So then Chill, Anti-Lag, etc not working.
It has happened with Ready or Not and R6 Siege so far for me. It is incredibly frustrating because both these games have max in-game FPS caps below what I can achieve and below what my refresh rate is. So using the in-game cap is not possible. So then I try to use Chill and it just wont work.
I have tried removing the game from Adrenaline, then manually adding it multiple times. Nothing works. It just won't work and wont recognize the game when I boot it up.
Oddly enough, it then will show my stats when I click on Siege in the Adrenaline app. Like it registers I have played the game, so it like half-realizes I am playing the game but none of the software features work.

I am 26 years old, male, 6’1 tall, weigh around 240lbs.
I workout 3-5 days a week strength training with 3-4 sets of walking cardio - 30 minute treadmill with 12 incline at 3 speed or 1-1.5 hr walk outside. Diet is good.
I measured my testosterone because I had symptoms such as low libido, softer erections, less morning wood, and struggling to see fat loss results with my workout plan - carrying more fat in the breasts and stomach. It came back at 325ng/dL.
My naturopath gave me two options: HcG or Clomid. The medical doctor I saw told me that my testosterone was in normal range and did not recommend treatment.
I’m stuck on what to do. I have a fear of needles so my preference would be Clomid if I was to take something but I’ve read a lot of poor reviews about it.
Should I get further testosterone tests? Should I get tested for sleep apnea? Do I focus on supplements like Moca Root or Tongat along with improving sleep? Any advice would be appreciated.

I assume that remaking those games is no easy task and people will expect nothing but excellence because of the legacy of those two games. I also think the technology gap must be wide enough to make an impression.

I have worked the last 20 years in Southern California for some of the larger commercial banks in a commercial business banking position. This position does require NM LS certification.
I had a random medical issue 3 years ago (completed an Iron-Man in extreme heat) that resulted in severe acute dehydration. I had just started a new job in which I was in the probationary period for health benefits.
I slipped into a coma for 6 days...awoke to $400,000 in medical bills, but I was alive.
The last 3 years have been challenging dealing with these medical bills. About 18 months ago, after paying down slightly over $75,000 and negotiating the remaining $325,000 balance to $150,000, the bank I was working for was seized by the FED and the bank collapsed. Overnight I became unemployed.
Reluctantly I filed Chapter 7.
The process took 12 months to complete.....So Cal had a huge waiting list.
So...on my credit report there is a BK from June 2024.....
The last 6-12-18 months I have done everything I can to reestablish credit. I have 2 smaller credit cards I am using and paying as much as possible to increase my credit score.
My current score is 700.
My question is.....and I've been in the industry for 20 years....this could go either way.
I have a job offer with a commercial bank in So Cal. The salary is $200,000. They require NM LS certification...
I have already had one job offer rescinded from a rural bank in Idaho because of my credit report.
Can I reach out directly to NM LS and explain this BEFORE the company I work with tries to get me certified? I am fairly certain in CA, this can be explained with a letter of explanation....but I do not want to leave anything to chance.
What would you guys do in my shoes? Other than pray? I am well qualified for the position, would add amazing value, and no one would be the wiser once I start day 1 .......I just want to make sure I get hired, or put myself in the best possible position to do so....

 | Had to do a painful downgrade due to having less space in my room. I actually don't have any other critters than some ramshorn snails and bladder snails, so I took it as an opportunity to make a nice livable tank and actually get shrimp or some fish. Had to leave half the plants in the old tank because my mom decided she wanted it. Last picture is a photo of the tank after the trip to my parents... It kinda hurts to see it like that even if it didn't have any fish lol.
