Halfway through week 2, strange day today.
Working from home, very busy, but not felt hungry at all.
Drank water all day though.
Just cooked some turkey mince and pasta sauce, with a small amount of wholewheat pasta. Was a struggle to eat it but felt I needed to. Feel full as a monkey now though.
Is this normal to get days like this?
I’ve not been feeling overly hungry since the first injection but today seems a bit extreme.
