Jess sims is who started it all for me on the peloton app. I love her so much but had to stop taking her classes because it was too much cardio strength/complex moves so I switched to Rebecca Kennedy. But I am oddly so excited to try Jessâs 3 day split because she says itâs not her usual type class and is hypertrophy focused!

Hi reddit, for this post i wonât reveal real names or ages for privacy reasons, sorry. To the story, my boyfriend, lets call him jack, and i have been together for almost a year now, not a single argument, not a single disagreement, we havenât fallen out of love for each other SLIGHTLY in the whole years duration, everything was going good until he met his new friend. Letâs call that friend Vic, our whole relationship duration Jack would text me first thing in the morning, and reply to me on instant if i texted him, but since Vic came into his life things changed drastically. It all started with them just texting everyday and Jack even introduced me to Vic and it all was smooth, after a week, Jack would text and vc with Vic everyday, I did shoot Vic some texts like âHowâs it goingâ, âNice weather todayâ etc. but thats not the point. I would text Jack while he was visibly online and it would take him up to 40 minutes to reply, one day when it happened again i decided to complain to Vic about it but lord it was my mistake. I press the enter button and when i see the answer âOh yeah heâs busy homoerotically flirting with me in dms lol, your boyfriend is going to kill me, itâs been going on for daysâ i pause, my heartbeat does too and i feel a little dizzy. I have told Jack that I feel very anxious about relationships and that I am not comfortable with him even joking flirting with someone to which he told me not to worry about because quote and quote âI am yours, you are mine, i promiseâ. Now my world feels shattered and I am not sure how to feel, his texts and words still seem to be full of love but i just canât tell if itâs legit anymore. (Note: Sorry if there are any grammatical mistakes, English is not my first language.)

2025.01.22 19:05 Shock_Diamonds_OO ELI5: Why when watching a movie text and dialogue scenes quiet and then we it goes to music or commercial it goes full blast.
Ive always wondered this. Ive had like maybe 7 recievers in my life and it never ceases to fail... Watching a movie late at night... Great scene of action not a lot of music and then all of a sudden when the music starts it goes full tilt loud and I am constantly adjusting my volume to adjust so I dont wake my neighbors up.
Same thing on regular cable tv.. Watching a show... Its mellow and then a commercial comes on and nearly blows my hair off from the volume.

2025.01.22 19:05 Commercial-Arm-2322 11 years strong and now I have lost...
This just happened to me. I am so sorry for what is to happen to a lot of you, but I need to pass it along. My friend heard about it, didn't know what it was about, asked me....and made me remember. Color faded from my face, the world slowed down, and had a small spiral into madness, before "enlightening" this man, MY FRIEND, into a whole new world.
Today, I lost. After 11+ years of peaceful and wonderful winning bliss I have to start all over again.....and now, so do a lot of you.
For those of you that do not know - DO. NOT. ASK! I repeat - do NOT ask. IF you ask, we HAVE to tell you, there isn't a choice in the matter, and you will forever be burdened, and there will be zero sympathy/empathy. It can not be undone nor taken away.
For those of you who do know - You have also now, lost "The Game".
I sincerely hope your time frame of losing is far less than my own, and I am sorry for dishing it back out but.....11 years? 11 F'ing YEARS!?

Hey MK677 Sub. TLDR I am looking to restart my 677 use, however, costs can range all over the place. Is there a go-to website you folks use when you order? I used EuroSupps and another one with a spartan-style helmet as it's logo (I can't remember the name lol). The costs were Euro supps was around 90-110 after shipping & the spartan one was around 100.
