I've been studying and working with conversational agent developments within GCP for 1 year, and 1 month ago I managed to get my Professional Machine Learning Engineering certification, and in a conversation with my boss I won't receive any salary adjustment or anything like that, since the company has a policy that all people who obtain certification receive at least a bonus of R$500.00, be it certification, associate, practitioner, foundationals and even professional at Google or AWS. I would like to know what the vacancies for Machine Learning Engineer are like and what the average salary is.
Besides all this, I work as a PJ, without holidays, 13th, and anything else.

 | Hello. I have a pretty much mint condition Skywatcher Evostar 80ed and EQ5 Pro Synscan mount to sell. With spare eyepiece camera T adaptors, manuals, cases and more. I can't stress how good the condition of this stuff is, mostly because I have kept it all plastic wrapped, in the cases with silica pouches and all caps and protectors. It's depressing how little it's been used and I want to change that. I am not in a situation to use it so want to sell it to someone who can. But what's it worth? Should I sell the scope, mount and Synscan together or separately? Is it safe to courier or is collection only advised? How do I report a moderator?
A mod on the UK benefits/DWP subreddit is giving out false info, including suggesting people commit fraud.
I reported their comment to mods; and got my own account banned for no reason. I asked why I had been banned, and got muted. Assume it’s the mods way of getting some sort of revenge.
It is concerning this mod is getting away with this, as well as giving potentially vulnerable people (this post was regarding a woman who’s father had a stroke and is incapacitated and needed to know how to claim money, mod was telling OP to use his card without his consent among other stuff)
As they’ve muted me from messaging the other mods, is there something I can do about this?
Really don’t want to be seen as some sort of grass but they are behaving very unfairly.
I go on their personal profile but all it lets me report is their photo and description, this in itself isn’t offensive.

Is it better to do exercises one at a time (completing all sets), or to cycle through all exercises until the sets are completed?
Also, how often should you be resting between sets? I've been trying the cycle method and since I am working different muscle groups that allows me to jump right into the next exercise, but I'm not sure if that's allowing me to maximize my gains.
I have about 45mins-1hr in the morning and I try to get in 6 good exercises, making sure to focus on breathing and form.
New to calisthenics and I'm just trying to be as productive and efficient with my exercises as possible.

 | Haven't finished setting it up, but I'll be putting a bunch of cards in a corner where there's some light from my window but not too much (I keep the blinds closed cause I'm on ground floor by a sidewalk). The cards are in KMC perfect fit sleeves inside ultra pro premium sleeves and then put into an off-brand (Belifun) one touch that fits sleeved cards and claims 100% UV protection. Allow me a little rant about my personal MHD please.
I HATE kit clashes that caused due to teams insistence on wearing silly coloured 3rd kits.
I get annoyed at the state of some of these FIFA kits in the first place and then they’ve got the audacity to have their silly little lettering on the back. I think that alone is close to my “games gone” moment alone.
It seems really notable in the Champions / Europa League where I feel like they seem to be looking the other way and lacking any quality control, allowing teams to wear kits that are way too similar in colour to the opposition.
Tonight, for example, Bayern are wearing a pale pink top (when their home kit is red and away is white!) and playing against a team in red & white stripes (Feyenoord). City having some yellow and pink paint on a pale blue top and playing in that away at PSG in navy blue.
Takes me right out of the game. Daft little kit, silly game, fuck off.
