2025.01.22 23:56 illogical01 Ender 3 Pro, large prints end up like this. How do I fix?
Haven't made any upgraded to the stock ender 3 pro. Small models tend to work fine but when trying to print larger models, they tend to lift off the bed mid print. I was trying to print a laptop stand here and woke up to this stringy mess everywhere. Any recommendations to stop this from happening?

I’m looking to submit an enquiry in AskUcl for an accommodation payment plan. The statement asks for all of it up front, and although my parents are helping me pay for it, it’s just too much all at once. Were used to monthly rent where I’m from, so it’s kind of a shock to pay for the full term all at once.
The application asks for installment dates, which is totally fine (three dates).
It also says “please enter your reason for your request, please provide as much information as possible.”
What are some acceptable reasons I can give UCL? How to I phrase it?

The ingredient weeks always make it hard for me to choose! The scallop and Brussels recipe is from NYT. I followed the recommendation of several commenters and roasted the sprouts. The whole dish was bright and delicious. The miso soup is from Wafu Cooking by Sonoko Sakai. I bought it on sort of a whim and I’m excited to try more recipes. It was really balanced and reminded me of Portuguese kale soup.

The background. My employer does not provide vision insurance, but they do provide employees an annual HRA for medical expenses. I was hoping to purchase private vision and submit the premium for HRA reimbursement.
So my own research from IRS publications 969 and 502 is leading me to believe that personal, out of pocket expenses for premiums on private medical, vision and dental insurance should be reimburseable through an employer's HRA program.
However, I was recently informed by my employer that they do not believe the premium for private health insurances are reimbursable and as such, if I wanted to purchase private vision or dental insurance, it wouldn't be reimbursed.
Is there a hardset rule for this? Can employers make their own rules for what they will and won't reimburse, or are the instructions from the IRS on these kinds of programs universal?
