اتھارٹی کمیٹی قائم کی جائیگی جسے سوشل میڈیا مواد ’ریگولیٹ‘ کرنے کا اختیار ہوگا اور اتھارٹی شکایات پرمواد کو بلاک یا ختم کرسکے گی.. حکومت نے پیکا (دی پریوینشن آف الیکٹرانک کرائم ایکٹ) میں مزید ترامیم کا فیصلہ کرلیا جس کے مسودے کی کاپی بھی سامنے آگئی۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ سوشل میڈیا سمیت فیک نیوز سے متعلق اہم قانون سازی کی جائے گی جسے جلد منظوری کے لیے پارلیمنٹ میں بھی پیش کیا جائے گا۔ الیکٹرانک کرائمز کی روک تھام (ترمیمی) ایکٹ 2025ء کے نام سے مسودہ تیار.. مسودے میں ڈیجیٹل رائٹس پروٹیکشن اتھارٹی قائم کرنے کی تجویز دی گئی ہے، ڈی آر پی اے کو آن لائن مواد ہٹانے کا اختیار حاصل ہوگا، اتھارٹی کو ممنوعہ یا فحش مواد تک رسائی حاصل کرنے کا اختیار ہوگا، اتھارٹی کو ممنوعہ مواد شیئر کرنے پر ملوث افراد کے خلاف کارروائی کا بھی اختیار ہوگا۔
مجوزہ ترمیم میں غیر قانونی مواد کی تعریف میں توسیع کردی گئی ہے، پیکا ایکٹ کے سیکشن 37 میں موجودہ ’غیر قانونی آن لائن مواد‘ کی تعریف میں اسلام مخالف، پاکستان کی سلامتی یا دفاع کے خلاف مواد شامل ہیں۔
غیر قانونی مواد کی تعریف میں امن عامہ، غیر شائستگی، غیر اخلاقی مواد، توہین عدالت یا اس ایکٹ کے تحت کسی جرم کے لیے اکسانا شامل ہیں، پیکا ایکٹ میں مجوزہ ترمیم میں غیر قانونی مواد کے16 اقسام کے مواد کی فہرست دی گئی۔ غیر قانونی مواد میں گستاخانہ مواد، تشدد، فرقہ وارانہ منافرت کو ہوا دینا شامل ہیں۔
غیر قانونی مواد میں فحش مواد، کاپی رائٹ کی خلاف ورزی، جرائم یا دہشت گردی کی حوصلہ افزائی شامل ہیں، غیر قانونی مواد میں جعلی یا جھوٹی رپورٹس، آئینی اداروں اور ان کے افسران بشمول عدلیہ یا مسلح افواج کے خلاف ’الزام تراشی‘، بلیک میلنگ اور ہتک عزت شامل ہیں.. ذرائع۔

Does anyone know if he still does conventions? Someone told me he doesn't leave the St Louis area much anymore, but I don't know how true that is.

Last night, my friends and I were about to finish the playoffs. In one of the matches, our bots weren't acting normally. They were making weird runs and just walking around. The opponent could run in a straight line, and our bots didn’t do anything. One of our only shots in the game almost hit the corner flag. When we called for a pass, the bots didn’t respond and just kept walking. Is it possible that the opponent was cheating and causing our bots to behave this way?

Hello everyone, I just need some opinions on which q bank I should invest in. I am taking the nclex again for my 3rd attempt. I got a tutor on the side to also help me out. But on my own which one should I get?
For my first attempt I used uworld and archer. Archer for lecture videos and uworld for the q bank.
My second attempt I used uworld for their lecture videos and bootcamp for their q bank.
My third attempt, i have a tutor, using saunders 8th edition, kaplans next gen book, now I just need a good q bank.
What do you guys think??

I work in IT but the company I work for was bought out last year and is being broken up and sold off. I'm a part of the last team that will be dissolved so I have nothing but time and resources to try to remake Blaseball. I've spent all day and have teams made and games being generated.
I'm going to finish it because I literally have nothing else to do that I'm interested in here. I decided to redo it for basketball to try to pay homage with an ounce of respect to their work. If anyone has any ideas on things they'd like to see done differently or new ideas, let me know!

I work for an organization that provides education and training to a specific business sector. Recently, we had a change in CEO. They came from marketing and the department they ran previously has now taken over level 1 evaluations.
They have a generic “How did we do.” Question and then a “do you have time to answer more questions that drops down into the rest of our eval questions.
We’re moving from paper evals, which is great and I’m on board (because who wants to spend time manually entering data) but I’m a little concerned about response rates with the dropdown.
Has anyone used this method before, any real difference in response rates or quality of data?
