2025.01.22 20:47 mi1921 Is it normal for a nursery to rely on agency workers all the time?

We started nursery couple of months ago and while the baby (14mo) has settled well, everytime we do a drop off or pick up, there's lots of people we don't recognise. The room manager is lovely but her and one apprentice is the only permanent staff. The nursery opened just last year so I get that it's difficult to get the right staff, but is it really that difficult? There's currently 12-15 kids in the room on a daily basis.
Also, we've noticed the baby coming back with a couple of bruises and scratches, she could easily do it to herself but when should we be concerned?

Today's weigh-in day but I did a sneaky check yesterday, only to find I'd made no progress from last week.
To my shock, this morning at 7.30am I'm a whole 2.4kg lighter than I was at 4pm yesterday!
I can only assume it's to do with water, but I will definitely make sure to weigh at the same time every week from now on.

I have submitted multiple reports via https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000600232 with more than enough evidence to prove that I was the original owner.
Sadly the hacker changed my email, and clicking the link in the "If you did not change your e-mail, please reset your e-mail and password here:" email sends me to an account recovery link expired page.
The account is posting somewhat regularly karma farming and likely setting up to be onlyfans spam.
Is there any additional steps I can to get in touch with a human, as this should be an open and shut case if I could just get somebody to look at it? Thank you!

Has anyone worked out a way for pegasus knights to be securely attached to their flying stands/bases (and also rank up in combat)?
I find that if you use the see through flying stand provided the pegasus knights just fall off when you move them (and definitely fall off if you ever try to rank up for combat).
I could glue them onto their flying stands, but then models are pretty unwieldy to transport.

3 - THREE - hours with chat and phone. Dropped twice in chat so I got to speak to 3 agents. All I want to do is get a new plan as my current promo is running out. But apparently there is some "error" that wouldn't allow them to put through the order on chat. So "Retention" was supposed to call me. I got a call from technical NOT retention and SHOCK, the couldn't help me either. Now I am on hold with the supposed real customer retention department. I guess Xfinity doesn't want to keep me as a customer after all. So maybe I should just go ahead and cancel my TV, Internet, Home Phone and Mobile? Cause apparently y'all don't want my money.
