Job hunting has just been utterly brutal and it has been nearly 6 months since it began. This current role that I’m really hopeful for is something that I interviewed for since December. An agency recruiter reached out to me and linked me up with this company. I had a video call with the HM and the HM (she) seem really interested in my profile and even mentioned how she spoke to her boss and was really excited to meet me. Fast forward to mid Jan where we scheduled an in person interview. Prior to the interview, the recruiter kept reminding me that the HM loves me and that I’m her first choice so far. Everything went well and I picked up alot of positives throughout the interview, I was there for nearly 2 hours. Came out, connected with the agency recruiter and she said the HM had very nice things to say about me and that I was again, her top choice of who she met with so far. She mentioned that she would get back to me by the next week on final decisions/next steps. And now it’s been a week and I know that Monday was a PH but it’s Weds now and the whole waiting thing is killing me inside. I know I shouldn’t hyper-fixate on it and not get my hopes up but I really just want to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just want to get out of this rut but I am also feeling dejected, demoralized and just burnt out. I also would hate if the recruiter decides to ghost me cause I sent her an email yesterday for a follow up but have yet to receive a response 😭

I’ve added this song to my local files on laptop app and on my phone. It plays fine on my phone but for some reason not on my laptop. When I try to play it, it plays a few seconds then the audio cuts and all my audio devices disconnect for a second apart from my monitor for some reason. It also says, ‘cant play this song right now’. Any ideas?

Hi all,
I am prepping my iMac 2017 for sale so I reverted to Sequoia after using OpenCoreLegacyPatcher for the past couple of years. I did it by booting to a Sierra boot thumb drive, erasing my primary disk, and installing Sierra clean.
Now it tells me to install an update to Sequoia. I accidentally agreed at first and the update completed. Once that was done, the machine would not see Wifi due to the needed patch. So I started over and wiped the drive and reinstalled Sierra. But now it wants to update to Sequoia again.
How do I get it to stop doing that? Thank you.

I've just been thinking a lot lately how everything we believe ourselves to be is literally a facade and charade. For example our names are completely made up crap and don't mean anything outside of our own silly programmed understanding of what this life should be. We literally have no title and are creatures from an unsure origin walking around playing this silly game like it really makes sense when it's all just a big ass hot mess that can't ever be fixed because of how we've been designed to be in the first place.
It's wild when u really sit and think on it and the fact that our parents were silly and simpleton enough to go along with this ridiculous game that always will have more questions than answers. It's hard not to look at parents like silly naive children themselves who really act like they can really guide and protect another being in this life of chaos, inconvenience and uncertainty smh its really unbearable to fathom at times how they never questioned all of this vain nonsense that goes on here but whatever that's all for now just wanted to get this off my chest.

Je me demandais car ce serait "dommage" (entre guillemets car on gagne tout de même une bourse) d’être « discalifié » d’une bourse à 3000$ parce qu’on a été « gagnant à une bourse de 1250$. Suis-je mieux de postuler seulement à des bourses élevées si je sens que mes notes peuvent me les faire gagner? Merci
