I'm POA for my dad who is currently in a memory care unit. I'm looking to purchase his house but my lender doesn't want the seller and buyer to both be me. My dad is not in the condition to be present. I looked into a secondary POA but that isnt an option. Do I have any other routes?

Basically what the Titel said. Cant load older saves in the campaign then the last 5 which often are only in the last 2-3 rounds. Is that normal? If not is there a way to load older ones? Next to the menu to load save games stands something about clicking the button to load older saves, but there is no button for it

2025.01.22 20:43 Rudolphkb League mate is offering Breece and the 1.10 for the 1.03.
Should I take the trade? I'd be getting Breece and trading down from 1.03 to 1.10. I also have the 1.11. It's a 1QB league with 2 rb, 2 wrs, 2 tes, a flex, a kicker, and a few idp spots.
My team doesn't have any obvious glaring holes, and adding Breece would almost be a luxury. I'm a little torn. Part of me is saying to do it since I plan to pick an RB at 1.03 anyways. Am I better off with Hampton and the 1.11 or Breece and the 1.10 and 1.11?
Sorry for the unconventional screenshot but I like to track my progress on a word document since Yahoo doesn't have a true offseason site for dynasty.

Im not in the us and im on veterinary field. I graduated this month and I got accepted to masters focused on pathology. The master's degree i got accepted into is one of the bests in my state. Through my graduation I was familiarized with necropsies practices and it was enough of a curriculum to get me into the program. Im not really familiar with histopathology tho.
Any advice on studying for it? Any books recommendations and tips? I'm trying to study using the askjpc website, but i'm still finding it pretty difficult, honestly....
any help is appreciated.

I’m helping work on a book with an academic institution (DM me if curious!) about how gender norms impact women economically, especially when it comes to work and family, so I thought I’d reach out here to learn about your lived experiences. I’d love to hear however much you are comfortable sharing.
Here are a few scenarios I ask about in the survey
- If you worked from home during COVID-19, did you take on disproportionate caregiving or housekeeping duties compared to male family members?
- The child penalty: how having kids affected your career?
- Examples that challenge Clinton’s 1993 statement: “American workers will no longer have to choose between the job they need and the family they love.”
- Experiences where diversity training backfired.
- Instances men in relationships feeling threatened by women who were more successful at work.
- Being funneled into low-paying and/or caretaking jobs because of your gender. Also personal experiences where caretaking roles are not adequately compensated.
I’m trying to better understand how these patterns show up in real life—not just in research or policy discussions.

Well lads and ladies. Lately I’ve been thinking about my family. I’m 25 now and have 1 auntie and 5 uncles. When I was born all of them were still in primary and secondary school. My mother was the oldest of the family and had me when she was 22 out of wedlock (grandparents weren’t happy at the time).
I basically grew up in my grandmothers house surrounded by teenagers looking after me. I loved it. All of them have made some important contribution to my life as I have grown up and I have very fond memories of being the first grandchild in the family (now there is 17 of us).
I have realised that in the future (hopefully still ages away) I will have a lot of sad funerals to attend and will have a lot of grief (is this stupid to think?) because they’re all still under the age of 48🤣
My aunt helped me pick out my confirmation name, one uncle let me drive on his lap in the jeep in the field and I nearly turned it sideways (fun memory), one uncle has always been there to vent about my parents and give me advice, one uncle helped me through my leaving cert, one uncle would slag the life out of me as a teenager which gave me a bit thicker skin, one uncle would be my wine partner where we would gossip about everyone else.
How close are you with your aunts and uncles?
