 | Hi, please see the picture for all the codes my car is throwing. The check engine light, power steering light, traction control light, and t!re pressure monitor light are all on my dashboard. I've recently replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor along with the starter. The mechanic warned me that my starter isn't OEM and thus it won't be spinning fast enough and that's why my car is throwing all of these codes. Please stop caring more than you should and clock in, do your job then go home. This is not to say you shouldn’t care for your job, position or mission but if you’re truly passionate about customer service based experience, there is more to offer literally anywhere than kolhs. If you’re a minor, apply at target, chicfila, carts, so many places that start at more than $13. If you’re worried about your background, Walmart, Macy’s, DSP, so many retailers not only hire felons but hire at $15 minimum.
Like unless you’re just stuck there because you’ve been there 10+ years and scared to start over then fine I get it but I have never worked for a dead beat Fortune 500 company.
After 2 years, this is my personal background and experience. I came from Macys before starting as a dept. lead in 2023. Not only did i get a starting pay of $17 (.50 cents more than I was making as a salesman) I was told to keep it quiet because I was already being paid more than the majority of supervisors etc. and by the time I left, I made a laughable $18 an hour. That’s such a slap in the face to all of you. But I was just able to watch how incompetent the SM and ASMs were and why kolhs is the way it is. Stop caring more than what you’re paid for when they can’t even provide you a reasonable meal for the holidays. Stop trying more than what you should when upper management praises the most mediocre performances when I know anyone that’s ever felt unheard and unnoticed has gone above and beyond one time or more.
In my personal opinion, kolhs is just as corrupt of a company to be considered still in the Fortune 500 while they continue spitting in all of your faces paying disrespectful wages that don’t amount to anything. I don’t mean to be discouraging but I’ve just also had enough reading country wide complaints and doing nothing about it.
That being said, stop caring for more than you’re paid for. You are all worth more and could do more. Clearly the complainers care, and again I’m just here to give you the push you’re looking for.

I like mobile QBs and quicker elusive RBs and prefer speed at WR with at least one physical WR.
Beyond that, idk what to recruit for.
If I have a 4star CB but he is “Man”, should I still target him even tho I run zone 80% of the time?
Then there’s positions where I haven’t defined my scheme for yet. LB, OLine, DLine, Saftey. I normally just create best available I can get.
I feel like I’m missing out by not being more specific in WHO I recruit. Thoughts?

I have two job offers and I need help deciding which is better for my family including 4 children ages 14, 14, 11, 4.
Cath Lab: Lab is fully staffed, circulating, charting and med admin. No scrubbing. 4x10s- 630a-5p, Call one night a week and one weekend a month. One major on call holiday and one minor on call holiday. Feast or famine is what they told me when I asked about balance- get off early sometimes and late others but it's not an always late thing.
ER: 3x 12s 7a-730p every other weekend and holidays are one major and one minor.
I'm being pulled more to the cath lab because I'll be home evenings and weekends with availability for those sporting events and stuff that I've been missing for years since I've been on midshifts and nights for the last 8.
Anyone have any insight or thoughts?

Okay. I'm struggling. The second I start to like a venue I click to the next picture and boom, there’s a barn. We don't want anything on a farm or a barn or anything rustic. They need to allow loud music and be less than 2 hours from ATL airport.
