Hi all, I was referred to this sub after posting in Googlemybusiness
We're a relatively new business (3 months) and have a Merchant Account with Ads. It's been running up until around Christmas but all of a sudden we got suspended for two reasons. One reason was they thought we sold counterfeit goods and the second was due to misrepresentation. When I started out with the merchant account we had a suspension for no real reason but on appeal it was rectified without explaining what the issue was.
Our business is selling Dubai fragrances in the UK, which we legitimately purchased from authorised UK distributors. These brands are trademarked in Dubai and are legitimate (such as Lattafa), it's not a crime to make a fragrance which smells like another one. We were able to get the counterfeit suspension overturned by providing proof that our supplier is an authorised distributor but the misrepretation suspension remains.
Here's what I can't understand, as a perfume business it's common practise to say that some products are "similar to", "inspired by" or "reminiscent of" other designer fragrances. This is easily searched on Google. You can look for any of these search terms and you will see various sponsored ads for companies such as Notes Aromas and Essence Vault. There are also many companies who sell the same goods as us who use this terminology and Google allows them to appear as sponsored ads.
We do not list designer brand names on our website, and we've done everything we can to adjust our website to make it as compliant as possible but the Google Merchant centre reviews keep coming back negative. We have only one more review attempt left according to Merchant Centre and I'm concerned that if we request one our store will be banned permanently which will obviously severely effect future company prospects.
All I can think of is that the meta tags that add "inspired by Sauvage" (for example) are being flagged by Google on a manual review but what frustrates me is they allow this terminology from so many others. They won't tell me specifically what the problem is despite countless emails. There's no phone number or web chat option.
As a last resort I could remove the meta tag content which lists "inspired by" but id still like it present on my website itself. But with only one review attempt left I'm concerned that this won't be enough.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Sorry, I didn't get a screenshot.
I just painfully lost 8 cubes against a Mr Negative/Gorr deck with my surfer deck.
On the final turn I played Absorbing Man directly after Shang Chi. But instead of copying Shang Chi he copied Baron Zemo's on reveal ability. Zemo was destroyed on turn 2 by Hotel Inferno. My opponent's deck was empty at this point meaning it had no effect.
Anyone else had this issue with Absorbing Man copying a card destroyed by Hotel Inferno?

To start I am not a federal Liberal Party of Canada supporter. I am someone that identifies as "Left".
That being said I like everyone is a bit astonished with Freeland.
One of the things that got many people excited about Trudeau in 2015 was his talk about electoral reform, immigration reform free from the business lobby narratives/control, transparency and accountability initiatives to clean up the government and protect it from scandals & corruption, a focus on green energy and green technology.
These same areas of excitement turned many people against Trudeau due to his failure to keep promises.
We've seen PP and the CPC work very hard at associating protecting the natural world that we arise from and sustains us with the affordability of life crisis/quality of life crisis.
We've seen him and his cohorts cosplaying as working class defenders while against the Labour Movement and other policy directions that have brought the working class the rights, protections, and bargaining strength that they enjoy today.
We've seen him and his cohorts fake connect with the alienation, pain, anger, and general frustration of the cost of living crisis while calling anything to help people especially our most vulnerable "Radical".
All in all it is the same old same old.
The same people that said in the past improving the working conditions of regular people and families would cause the whole system to melt down. The Labour Movement had vision and fought for a better tomorrow. Surprise surprise working people having better lives didn't cause the system to melt down.
The same reactionary and regressive talk was utilized against the Civil Rights Movement. Same story.
The same reactionary and regressive talk as aforementioned is now being utilized against the Environmental Movement. A movement that is showing that if we put the time, energy, and resources into new ways of doing things we can actually improve affordability of life/quality of life.
Chrystia Freeland is coming off like a standard politician. Will say anything/do anything to remain in power or gain more.
We can agree or disagree about nuances in policies but we all agree leaders should have principles and convictions.
We also all agree that people should have vision towards a better tomorrow because that has historically been what actually moves our species forward.
Chrystia Freeland is seemingly re-enforcing every negative association of the LPC.

This is funny So its now been a week since i was supposed to receive my package and 3-4 days since shop informed me it was “mis- shipped” when i got the notification from shop I notified lit and they told me they cant help contact USPS now USPS is telling me they put the wrong shipping address/ zip code in general completely different from what was put as the shipping address on the website so now i have reached out to lit informing them this was their fault and USPS said to ask them for a refund or replacement and if they don’t comply ask the bank for a refund i will update the post whenever i get a response

I’ve been reading for quite awhile now about the difficulties to find a partner who accepts someone HIV positive. I’m married, I’m not looking for a romantic partner.
But even for friends it’s hard to find. I know people (girls or guys), friendly people. I’m not brave enough to tell them but I make like a random comment to see their reaction like “I was reading about HIV blah blah” and most of the time they say discourage comments, so disappointing, sometimes it makes me feel dirty. I don’t tell anything to my husband to not make him worry. He encourages me to make friends, I cannot.
I’m new in town, new at this job. Looks like having HIV closes you more doors that it supposed to.

I am a EU citizen (from Poland) and know that I can legally work here yet feel like some companies will deny simply because of no German tax id, has anyone had a similar situation? Did you go through to an interview stage and got denied when you said you didn’t have a German tax id? Or were you able to sign a contract and was put in a different tax bracket.

I couldn't find anywhere supporting that whole 'Hercules and Jean will have their passives activated regardless of game mode or character pre-reqs" so that will be TBD if it works as intended, since the only 'game mode' for this is 'tower' which is not war or raids (good for some of the enemies below).
My takeaways from the below if you don't want to go through the list: looks very easy to hit the 2D unlock. I’m fed up of saying the truth and then feeling absolutely threatened by it, like people are going to find me, they’re going to kill me. They’re going to ruin my life, they’re going to send me to jail.
I feel like I’m constantly being fucking watched, and I don’t even if that’s shame playing apart, or my mind just jumping so far ahead it’s perceiving/predicting threats that aren’t even real yet.
I tell myself sometimes to just shut the fuck up and realise I’m just abusing myself internally because I feel threatened but it’s better than releasing it out to others instead.
It’s tearing me apart inside though.
