17m 5’10 66kg, Hi so my routine is around 2h of full body workouts mainly calisthenics 4-5 days a week (want to start going 5-6 days a week but not too sure if that’s good for hypertrophy) is this too much volume for my body to handle? Also i always end up trying to hit PRs on weighted pull-ups and dips every other day sometimes 2 days in a row i do 40kg dips and pull-ups i do feel a little sore the day after but still carry on with my workouts and the soreness goes away although i do feel like my body’s abit exhausted. I’m fine with this routine just wanted to know if its too much or what’s the most optimal for muscle growth. I drink 3l a day eat a lot get my protein in i’m seeing progress so i guess it’s working out, Thanks

I've been to my first NIN concert in 2022 & easily got a ticket off of Vivid Seats to see them play at Red Rocks, but I see there's concern now about Ticketmaster? Are the tickets only going to be sold there? Are we worried about tickets selling out because of bots & then being up charged due to resale value? I'm kind of new to this and wanna understand where everyone's concern is at!
I'm crying, screaming, throwing up thinking of this tour !! Also curious to see where the fans are planning to see them in US. I'm from NOLA and surprised they're not going to be playing here but oh well !! Excited to see if there are any other fans on here from New Orleans already making travel arrangements !

Google+ has devolved into the realm of emptiness. It is where reasonable discourse goes to die. The one guy running the show is, at best, a fool with too much money and, at worst, a vocal supporter of ideas that have no place in decent society. Either way, it’s a mess, and we shouldn’t be giving it any more attention than it deserves.
Think it over if you must, but the answer is clear: it is time to take out the trash.

2025.01.22 22:23 Capable-Football3706 My antisocial finacé followed a new girl on instagram and I don't know how to confront him about it.
I checked his Instagram because Meta is auto following the POTUS and his team and wanted to see if my account and his were one of those that were affected by that. When I went to his profile, I noticed he had followed someone new but they do not follow him back. He only follows me and four of his friends who I have met so it is very easy to know if there is someone new on there and this is some woman who is completely new. She isn't an influencer, and she follows more people than she has followers. I lurked more and found she has a naked selfie posted on her story highlights, so obviously my mind went to a bad place and thought the worse. I have no idea who this is or when he followed her and I am having difficulty trying to find a way to ask him.
He doesn't go out other than with me. He goes to work and comes back. I have his location and his password to his phone. He has never given me a reason to believe he is doing something behind my back. He has said in the past that if we were to make friends with the opposite sex that we should all be friends because why would one of us be friends with someone the other person doesn't know or comfortable with. I just found this out today and he is at work. I want to bring it up today when he comes home but I do not know how. Please anyone, help.
