Options to cap fps in cs2

Im using a amd gpu and want to ask if anybody knows other ways to cap your fps in CS2 besides:
-ingame cap (very bad 1% fps)
-Radeon Chill ( amd anti-lag 2 gets deactivated (even though it shows its on ingame))
Poorly Rivertuner is also not an option because you have to allow 3. party programs and i dont wanna worsen my trustfactor.
Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I vividly remember playing a FNAF RP roblox game around 2015, maybe even late 2014, where you spawned inside big blue boxes and the morphs were in the middle of those rooms.
I remember the morph models were crudely made and Springtrap was oddly gruesome for a roblox game. I could be misremembering because I was around 7-8 years old.
I have a suspicion it might be an older version of Animatronic World, which was created in 2014. Any help would be appreciated.

In questa sede, ci occuperemo dei Lari:
Dobbiamo precisare che il culto di queste divinità minori era di una grande importanza nel mondo romano, per nulla secondario. Infatti, in ogni domus romana era presente il cosiddetto Larario: una nicchia dedicata al culto dei Lari, gli antenati defunti divenuti degni di venerazione. Chiunque sia stato virtuoso in vita sarebbe quindi diventato, una volta morto serenamente, un Lare. Questa divinità proteggeva la famiglia e tutti gli abitanti della casa: possessore permanente della domus, la quale egli proteggeva e curava, il Lare era eterno come una divinità, e si occupava anche della continuità della stirpe, della gens.
I Lari meritavano una grande importanza nel mondo del culto romano, grande centralità era d'altronde quella dei *sacra privata* (cioè dei riti per sé, per la propria famiglia, i propri figli, la propria casa, le proprie proprietà, e via dicendo) nell'ambito della Religione Romana (com'è tuttora per noi Tradizionalisti Romani).
