I know it’s essentially harmless albeit a little possessive. I’m also not a mother myself so can’t speak from experience if this is a common sentiment. Just curious if anyone can relate?

Stumble upon this and lose 2 hours of my life genuinely trying to run python and running modulo-6 calculations, which I have never done before so was being piloted by ChatGPT and Gemini cause hey! Don't wanna be that guy who run to youtube videos the minute he encounters a skill issue. I wanted my own answer even if I had to use AI tools cause let's be real, the future is all about problem-solving leveraging AI. All big talk aside, I went to youtube upon reaching the 2 hours mark cause for all that fudge about skill, it's just a game. And the actual resolution moves required for this one are so complex you have to plan strategically 6+ moves ahead like an actual chess player. Which I only processed pieces since I was just trying not to mess up and restart from the beginning of a 12+ move puzzle. ALL THAT FOR 20 STELLAR JADES!!!!!! This is worth A MULTI you fudging devs! 2025.01.22 23:13 SandOfTheEarth My subjective comparison between RG406H and Retroid Pocket 5
 | While these devices are priced somewhat differently, to me they are similar, as they are both horizontal devices that are very capable of playing PS2(and that's they system I am interested in), and are best choices for it, unless you are willing to up to steam deck/odin tier. That's why I got both of them, and decided to share my thoughts about them. ** Screen ** 406H has a 4inch 4:3 960x720 IPS screen(300 PPI). RP5 has a 5.5inch 16:9 1920x1080 OLED screen(400 PPI). RP5 has noticably clearer, brighter and much more contrasty screen. It's honestly a highlight of that device to me and it's biggest pro. 406H also has a fairly good screen that's bright, and fairly clear, but RP5 just blows it out of the water. You can argue that the 4:3 screen on 406H is better suited for PS2, but so far all games I played on RP5 had pretty good widescreen patches, making it mostly a non issue for me. ** Performance ** RP5 has overall a more powerfull CPU/GPU, and both have 8gbs of RAM, as well as 128GB of internal storage. RP5 can play many PS2 games at 2.5x native res, while on 406H you will be using 1.5x native res. While on paper RP5 should always win in terms of performance, I found that some games randonly ran slower on it, compared to 406H. For expample on second level of Van Helsing in one spot, regardless of resolution RP5 falls down to ~60% speed, while 406H can hold around ~80%. I have tested it on the same aethersx2 version. But in general, RP5 performs better. In terms of fan noise, both are mostly near silent, but in said Van Helsing fan on 406H can be actually quite auidible, and annoyngly become louder or quiter depedning on if I am in the menu or not. ** Ergonomics ** If I would measure comfort of actually holding the device in my hands and playing it, 406H is very comfortable. Sticks are nice and tall, it's very easy to hold that's to ergonomic bumps on the back. On the other hand RP5 is an ergonomic nightmare. As games I played required mostly use of the right stick, it's position on the bottom, made the use quite uncomfortable. Also using the stick, and pressing the triggers feels like you are barely holding the device. What saved the RP5 for me, is 3D printing grips from etsy(picuted on the photo). While 406H remains more comfortable even with them, it's drasticly changes the usability of the device for me, make it pretty comfortable. In terms of the weight, both are pretty similar, 406H weighting 265g and and RP5 weighting 280g. ** Battery ** Both deviced have a 5000mAh battery, and both have amazing battery life. They both can last multiple days of sparadic play at random free moments. ** Software ** Both run android 13, both have similar software features, which I found adequate for my needs. One specific note is that RP5 was able to output video using type-c on my m28u monitor, while 406H failed to do so. But both worked on my other monitor when I used an HDMI dongle. I think 406H just get's confused in type-c doesn't just pass video, but also USB connections like M+KB and other stuff that was plugged into my m28u. ** Speakers ** Both devices have okayish speakers. I wouldn't call any of them great or terrible, but they do the job. RP5 is slightly ahead here, as it has front firing speakers. ** Overall feel ** I love the feel of the both. RP5 has a very premium feeling with it's glass front, while 406H is very comfortable and I love plastics on it. Also I prefer slightly more tight triggers on 406H. ** Official case ** I like both official cases(pictured in OP). I prefer the outise look of 406H case, while inside of RP5 case wins for me as it has the screen protector inside. ** Price ** I paid ~150€ for RG 406H(that's with 20€ Aliexpress coupon applied), and ~230€ for RP5(bying from the official website). I also had to pay extra 20€ for shipping the RP5, while RG 406H was shipped for free. ** Overall thoughts** I really like both deviced! I would have to pick one ignoring the price difference, I would pick RP5, as its screen is amazing, and grips make it comfortable enough. But do I think RP5 nesseraly is worth the price difference? No. I think RG 406H is very much an adequate buy when on discount with a good coupon applied. It's also a much more comfortable device, while I think I wouldn't even be able to use RP5 without grips. I think this makes 406H a much better budget buy, as well as a much more portable device. I’m currently in a kind of limbo with my RJ right now. It affects me everyday and it’s always on my mind, however that last few days it hasn’t been affecting me anywhere near as much as it has been over the last 2/3 months and I’m currently in this strange feeling were I’m very apprehensive. I want to enjoy my time with my bf now that it isn’t causing me as much pain but at the same time I just know I’ll be right back into the middle of it with just 1 trigger and idk where or what they trigger will be. It’s an incredibly strange feeling and I’m btw sure what to do. I have a call with a therapist for the first time ever next week and I don’t want them to think I’m all fine just because I’ve had a decent few days.

Hear me out. I’m not saying we should do this criminally. We could spend the money on food and supplies that we can give to people that need them. We could also buy things that we ourselves will need as the economy gets worse. It could be a Robin Hood type situation or it could be that we all go on strike against paying our credit cards or any other bills that we are comfortable, not paying. What do you think would happen?
