I have a client that owns and operates several service based businesses, roofing, contacting ect. He is considering opening different offices in different locations in order to better optimize for that local. Some of these business have overlapping services, two do roofing for example.
From my understanding companies with a physical location seem to get far more traction then those that are SABs. So would opening another location increase the overall marketability of these businesses?
SEO, promotion....could also individually focus on the surrounding area and get more pull from Google, Bing, ect.
What do you think, does a physical office impact the pull enough to offset the cost of an office, let's say 800mo. And because these business are in competition with themselves essentially, does it make sense from a marketing standpoint to have them in separate locations?

Hi all! I am a college student with a very limited amount of knowledge on building circuitry and electrical engineering (and very limited access to resources and tools).
I am attempting to make a torch prop for a video with an LED lightbulb acting as a semi-realistic flame. I picked this light bulb because of how bright it is (600 lumen) so it can be seen in daylight for filming outside. I need the torch to be wireless and work for a substantial amount of time (6-8hrs). I also need the prop to be safe to carry around. I plan on using a PVC pipe as the body of the torch, so the circuitry can run up the body of the torch. I understand I need some kind of battery back that produces 12v of energy, and I have found an option that could work. I understand that in order for the battery to power the bulb, I would need an DC-AC converter, and have found a few basic options on amazon. I know that in order to connect all pieces together, I would need to strip the wires leading out of the battery pack and connect them to the "input" place on the converter, and the same with a socket for a bulb. Is this a feasible and realistic plan? I would appreciate any tips anyone has!
I also have concerns about the safety of the torch, and would love input on how to ensure that the torch is functional and safe to handle. Thank you so much!

Ali sav taj haos nestaje onog momenta kada se svi ujedinimo u ciljevima. Kada naÅ” fokus ujedinimo ka zajedniÄkom cilju. A ovaj prostor to nije mogao ni da svedoÄi u poslednjih 800 godina a mozda i malo vise.
Nismo imali ni ideju o tome da imamo pravo da imamo zajedniÄku ideju i da budemo deo iste. Da uveÄe ležemo znajuÄi da su dela podeljena u pravom pravcu i da se sutradan budimo sa ulogama koje ispunjavaju tu ideju ponovo i ponovo i ponovo. Usmerenu radosnu ideju koja nam daje vetar u leÄa svaki put kada se osetimo usamljeni a da tada ne možemo ni biti usamljeni.
Studenti su sada jedinstvo i oni sada bivaju jedno i povlaÄe za sobom i ostale . Ali oni nisu i ne smeju ostati sami i tvrdim da je to nemoguÄe.

Iām hosting a Royal Rumble party which is 99% non-wrestling fans, and canāt seem to find an exact time the show starts. Across different sources Iāve seen start times of 6pm, 6:30pm, and 7pm est. Is there anywhere that states when the pre show starts/ends or when the show starts?
Donāt need to know when the actual rumble match starts, just the show itself. If I remember correctly last year a Rumble match kicked off the show, so I donāt want to tell my guests you have to be here at 6 (so theyāll arrive ~5:30) or theyāll miss it, and the show doesnāt even start til 7 and theyāre stuck watching the preshow.
Last year I had some stragglers arrive a bit late, so trying to avoid that by giving them a definite start time.

I have a 98 s10 blazer with a non-functioning heater core. The quote I got to replace it was for 1200 USD which I am not paying on a vehicle with 240k on the clock. Is there any way to replace the core without tearing apart the whole inner fender, ac components, and dash?
