My bf has a class date at a regional in about a month and I wanted to get a few things for him as a congratulations gift. I was thinking of getting him a nice pair of leather gloves for preflighting in/wearing in general when he’s in uniform in cold climates. Is this something that you already get from your company, or would this be useful? Also, any other gift ideas for a new hire would be very appreciated!

 | Ok so I recently embarked on a pc upgrade which entailed moving a dell Optiplex 5050 motherboard into my optiplex 990 case. I soon realized that my evga 550 watt power supply used 24 pin while this motherboard did not. My 5050 motherboard has a 4 pin cpu power and a 6 pin cpu power but all 24 pin to 6 pin adapters do not have the same pin layout as the mother board. I guess I just need help figuring out how to progress in getting power to the board. Any help would be awesome!!! The first picture is my power in on the motherboard while the second picture is the male end of literally every adapter I can find. I’m on 60mgs, been on it for two months, sometimes I sleep really good and sometimes I won’t sleep for a day or two and still don’t feel sleepy the next day. Does this ever happen to anybody else or is it just me? Also I get headaches a lot. Is it normal? I even tried drinking a drink of alcohol on it over New Year’s Eve and I ended up getting the worst headache and ruined my night followed along with crying and feeling awful.

So I need to refine my layering for PNW sailing, I stay plenty warm but I feel like I'm in a noose with the foulie jacket zipped up. TBH I can't zip it up if wearing all my layers, I have a puffy jacket with a hood and I'm wondering if folks mostly recommend hood or no hood for insulation layer? I also think it might be smart to reduce layers on arms and gain some mobility back, I feel like the Michelin man.
I'm thinking with my layers below the best course of action is to wear a windproof synthetic gilet/vest over my fleece and under the foul weather and save the Cerium hooded puffy for down below or around town.
My current layering system at coldest
Merino half zip long sleeve with the neck - should I just go crew neck here?
Patagonia R2 tech face fleece no hood or merino half zip sweater - I love both
Arcteryx Cerium hoody - really thinking about going to a hoodless one or just a synthetic windblocking gilet/vest under salopette instead? - what do most recommend?
Shell is the Zhik OFS700 jacket - I'm fun sized at 5'6" but also retired military & gym rat so my chest and neck are not small.
Lower layers are dialed in I use a merino long john, if super cold a Patagonia fleece pant & salopette with wool socks and Zhik seaboots.
I tried typical winter gloves they get soaked, I also tried Zhik neoprene gloves, really impressed for how thin they are but then my hands get clammy and they stay wet after a full day in cockpit. - What are some favorite gloves for cold sailing that aren't super thick or ridiculous cuffs?
I'm more of a tropical person and would love input, thanks so much all!

What do you think is the strongest 5 character group of mercenaries?
I was thinking of this combo for True Zenorian:
Gryphon + Great Knight Front Row (Knight covering Gryphon for arrows)
Witch + Cleric + Warrior Back Row
Witch will magic conferal or focus buff in case of scouts and fliers, Cleric for debuff removal and healing, Warrior for clean up and armor destroying.
On the front row, Gryphons would destroy the opposing Back Row or Cavalry and be a dodge tank, while the Great Knight will help kill Infantry units and tank for the team.
I was thinking of replacing the Witch with a Elven Archer for their start of battle debuff wall, but I think the team will have problems without the Witches' focus buff and area magic to support the damage.
You can also replace the Great Knight with a better tank but then the unit will lose good mobility and some damage.
One of the weaknesses for this will be if there are assists on the battlefield though, but the warrior will help destroy barricades on the way. The witch will also help the unit teleport while the Gryphon will give speed for valor skills.

This is the first time this has happened to me but I don't understand where it comes from.
first of all my premiere pro automatically installed the latest update but I got an error message when opening it so I downgraded it and reinstalled on the previous update and it work
when I start to cut normally whether it's gamelay or voice my pc turns off
I tested to see if it came from my components by doing benchmarks, I use this computer for streaming I have never had any problem like this
I deduce that it came from premier pro every time I touch my timeline my PC turns off by itself
I would like some help, please, I must continue my work quickly
